Second molding

As we all know, acrylic board needs different molds for vacuum positioning and plastic forming. Even for the same word with different sizes, the mold production itself requires high precision and good quality. Because the precision and quality of mold production itself are directly related to the quality of acrylic products, mold production has a high technical level and needs experienced technicians. The company is engaged in seamless hot stamping, screen printing, hot bending, plastic absorption, carving, bonding, polishing and polishing.

Third post-production

As mentioned above, the production of acrylic plastic light boxes and acrylic luminous characters is basically mechanized, and the application of some new equipment greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers while improving production efficiency. After the acrylic plastic light box and acrylic luminous characters are basically formed, they have to go through several processes such as edge milling, router milling and polishing, and finally lay the light source and spray paint.

Production technology of blister light box and acrylic luminous characters;

(1) Mould making and common moulds are all wooden moulds, which can be made once with the template saw produced by our company or with portable reciprocating data.

(2) Deep processing of the mold: polishing and trimming to make the mold smooth and flat.

(3) Positioning the die on the suction platform and fixing the alignment position of the male die and the female die.

(4) When heating the acrylic sheet, the upper limit of the main machine temperature of the plastic suction equipment is usually set to 70℃, and the lower limit is 150℃.

(5) After heating the acrylic plate to a soft temperature, place it on the suction molding platform (Type I and Type II).

(6) After molding, grinding off the semi-finished acrylic board with an edge grinder.

(7) Splicing acrylic boards with acrylic characters (Note: only acrylic light boxes do not need this process).
