Push-out: Use the thumb and knuckles to cling to the inside of the pen tube, tilt slightly, and exert force from the inside out.

The essentials of writing are: pointing to reality, palm deficiency, wrist flat and palm vertical. Finger-to-finger: Fingers hold the pen firmly, and wrist force can be transmitted to the end of the pen through fingers. Palm deficiency: the palm is empty, the pen can be flexible and handy. Wrist level: when writing, the wrist is parallel to the desktop, which is convenient for lifting the wrist and adjusting the front. Palm vertical: when holding the pen, the palm is upright to ensure that the pen is upright.

The level of writing is related to the size and font of writing.
