In view of this situation, the CPC Central Committee and governments at all levels are actively looking for countermeasures, improving the relevant security system, increasing agricultural investment, reducing farmers' burden and reducing agricultural production costs. However, due to the complete disintegration of the original supply and marketing cooperative system, the "three rural issues" have not been fundamentally solved. The postal service "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is developed under this background. After several years of operation, it has shown the positive role and obvious effect of social forces in managing the rural socialized service system.
