In response to this round of snowfall, XX Street has been fully mobilized and meticulously organized to do a good job in snow sweeping and anti-freezing emergency treatment to ensure the normal life of residents and the orderly operation of the city. The relevant preparations are now reported as follows:

The first is emergency mobilization. The snow situation is the command, and XX Street fully mobilizes the strength of itself and all walks of life to form a joint force to sweep snow and prevent freezing.

The first is to hold an emergency meeting. On the afternoon of October 23rd, 65438/KLOC-0, a special work meeting on sweeping snow and preventing freezing was held in the whole street, which required all communities and relevant departments to attach great importance to it ideologically, take immediate action, organize their staff well, and always shoulder the great responsibility of sweeping snow, preventing freezing and providing disaster relief in their respective areas in accordance with the principle of "compartmentalization linkage, territorial management, concerted efforts and mutual protection, compartmentalization first".

The second is to mobilize social forces. Organize community logistics team members, go door to door to urge and remind merchants along the street, especially important window areas, farmers' markets and shopping malls, implement the responsibility of "three guarantees" in front of the door, and clear snow and remove ice by themselves. All the old residential areas and commercial housing residential property companies in the whole street are required to organize cleaning and security guards to clear the snow in time to ensure the smooth travel of residential residents.

The second is careful deployment. In order to minimize the impact of snowfall and low temperature, according to the established plan, XX Street carefully planned and deployed, and implemented various measures one by one.

The first is to divide the responsibility grid. The primary and secondary roads, back streets and public plots in the main urban area are divided into 48 responsibility grids, which are divided into 15 communities, and the secretary of each community is the first responsible person, who is fully responsible for the snow sweeping and anti-freezing work of roads and sites in the grid. 15 communities have arranged an emergency snow sweeping team with a total number of 1200 people, which has been put into actual combat and is ready to stand by.

Second, the materials are well prepared. The street law enforcement squadrons are responsible for on-site surprise rescue and disaster relief, and uniformly allocate large-scale materials. At present, 32 tons of industrial salt, 2,500 straw mats, forklift excavators 15 and small engineering vehicles 15 have been reserved, and all the machinery has been overhauled and debugged.

The third is to fully investigate hidden dangers. Adhere to the goal orientation and re-examine the problems exposed by the last round of snowfall. Four gas stations,/kloc-0 gas stations and 59 production enterprises were inspected, focusing on the living conditions of factory sheds and prefabricated houses. Complete the resettlement work of the elderly and dangerous people in the area, and formulate the transfer and resettlement plan for those who have left the house and dangerous people.

The third is to strengthen supervision. In order to further compact the responsibility, the street requires all communities and departments to report the snow removal on that day before going to work every day, and upload photos to the office of the receiving headquarters. The street supervision office will continuously supervise the snow sweeping and anti-freezing situation to ensure that the supervision work has no blind spots, no dead ends and full coverage, and ensure that the snow sweeping and anti-freezing work is implemented. The relevant units and individuals who are ineffective in emergency preparedness and rescue and disaster relief are resolutely punished by the street party working committees and offices.
