1. Units and individuals that need to raise dogs must first go to the animal epidemic prevention department for immunization, and only after passing the immunization can they be kept in captivity.

2. When walking the dog outdoors, be sure to use a leash, otherwise it will be regarded as a wild dog; Other poultry and livestock must be kept in captivity, and free-range poultry and livestock are regarded as ownerless. Public security, comprehensive law enforcement and other departments and towns and streets have the right to dispose of them in accordance with relevant regulations.

3. It is forbidden to bring dogs into institutions, schools, restaurants, shopping malls and other public places, and take public transportation such as buses and taxis. The excrement must be cleaned up in time.

4. Poultry and livestock breeding can not be carried out next to the main and secondary roads in urban areas, which can not affect the appearance of the city. It is strictly forbidden to slaughter and trade live poultry and livestock in urban markets in violation of regulations. The competent departments of towns, streets and communities should guide the masses to incorporate the ban on poultry and livestock into village regulations and residents' conventions, and strengthen autonomous management.
