The correct posture of writing: head straight, shoulders flat, body straight, feet flat, one foot and one inch with one punch.

The head can't be biased, and the words are not correct; Shoulder level should not be tilted, and the lumbar spine will be tilted, which will affect physical development; If you are straight, your upper body will stand upright and your writing will be very imposing. Flat feet are a stable body. One foot means that my eyes are one foot away from the paper, one inch means that my fingertips are one inch away from the tip of the pen, and one punch means that I sit up straight with my chest out and my chest is separated from my desk by one punch.

This is a general requirement, easy to remember and master, and also a more suitable writing posture.
