Geological data is the concrete embodiment of the results of geological work and is an indispensable and important basic data for national economic construction, social progress and scientific development. 1 Geological data management and construction

As a modern geological data collection institution, it should have a standardized, institutionalized and standardized management system. 2 People-oriented, improve the comprehensive capabilities of Jiangsu Museum personnel, and promote modern management of geological data

2.2 Strengthen the training of publicity correspondents

In order to strengthen the construction of publicity services for geological data management, staff participated in the "Geological Data Publicity Correspondent Training Course" organized by the National Geological Archives. Through training and learning, the professional quality of our geological data publicity staff has been improved, and it has played a positive role in promoting the clustering and industrialization of geological data information services.

2.3 Strengthen basic archives training

In order to improve the understanding of archives and basic business skills of all library staff, the Jiangsu Library sent comrades from the digital production team to participate in the training organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Archives Bureau. 2.4 Comprehensively master the geological data database

3 Expansion of services

With the main line of "guiding collection and facilitating people's use", the Jiangsu Pavilion has carried out seven aspects of proactive service, advanced service and innovative service practice activities.

3.1 Launch ten convenient service activities

3.2 Strengthen the publicity of collection materials and guide collection

In order to allow geological data to play a more in-depth and extensive role in various fields, it is particularly important and necessary to strengthen the publicity of collection content. Accordingly, the Jiangsu Museum has selected the "Guidelines for the Development and Utilization of Geological Data of the Jiangsu Museum" (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines"), which "integrates service content introduction, professional classification catalogs and regional classification catalogs, and compilation of laws and regulations on geological data management and utilization." and the "Jiangsu Museum Regional Geological Survey Results Catalog Retrieval Atlas" (hereinafter referred to as the "Atlas"), which "consists of prologue maps reflecting Jiangsu's topography, topography, and landforms, geological survey results catalog retrieval maps, and reference maps." 3.3 Take the initiative to mail catalogs of materials and provide retrieval tools so that geological data can be widely used by the society through multiple fields

3.6 Carry out door-to-door services, understand user needs, and improve the "three qualities" of service work

3.7 The research and development system integrates geological data and information to provide "one-click" geological data information services for scientific site selection decisions for projects to expand domestic demand

Projects to expand domestic demand must be "implemented". Scientific site selection is the first level. Avoiding important mineral areas, important exploration and development planning areas and goaf subsidence areas is one of the first factors to be considered in scientific site selection decisions for construction projects. It is also an important entry point for geological data information to serve projects to expand domestic demand. Accordingly, in accordance with the new ideas of geological data clustering and industrialization, the Jiangsu Pavilion chose to provide geological data information services for construction project site selection decisions as a breakthrough point, and conducted preliminary exploration and practice. Integrating geological data information, we have successfully developed a construction project site selection and mining survey and analysis system, and have provided one-click geological data information services for scientific site selection decisions for 252 projects to expand domestic demand.

Under the guidance of the Scientific Outlook on Development, the Jiangsu Museum will take meeting social needs as the starting point of its work, and focus on providing four convenient services: "convenient access, convenient retrieval, convenient collection, and convenient utilization".
