Replicable leadership (Fan Deng)

Of course, the standardized process introduced by Fan Deng in this book is also excellent for managing enterprise management teams.

Six months ago, I refused my mother-in-law's kindness for various reasons and sent my young child to the nursery. I'm going to send her to work at 8: 00 a.m., pick her up before 5: 00 p.m., go home during lunch break, and prepare dinner by the way. I am as tired as a dog every day. Due to the overload operation, the resistance is reduced, the skin condition is also very poor, the mood is extremely low, and the family atmosphere is extremely tense because of quarreling with her husband every day.

Just three months ago, my sister suggested to me that if you manage your family into a small group, you would be the CEO. How do you manage your team? Her words awakened me. I don't care what others do, and I take care of all the housework, which makes me entangled in these trivial things all day, and I have no time and energy to improve myself. And my mother-in-law is still complaining that I have too many things, and my blood is nowhere to be released.

After nearly three months of running-in, her mother-in-law took on all the housework. In the afternoon, she called me to ask me what to eat for my children and how to deal with some things. And I am responsible for picking up the children from work, and I can go to work at noon and sleep. After dinner, I played with my children and then fell asleep. I finally have my own time. I get up early to read and charge, and punch in at night to study. No more cold war with her husband who washes dishes and mops the floor. After all, I still have to rely on him to make money to support my family. At this point, I firmly believe that leadership is not only used in enterprises, but also in families.

So what is leadership and what is the standard process of leadership?

Simply put, leadership is the ability to achieve goals by managing others. Drucker said that management is to maximize the goodwill of others.

How can an ordinary employee have leadership? Improving leadership requires at least four aspects of training:

1. Build trust-when you are an ordinary employee, it is necessary to improve your personal ability and win the trust of the leaders; Get along well with colleagues, control emotions and win the love of colleagues; To provide customers with quality services, win the recognition of customers, create an environment trusted by people around, and create opportunities for future promotion.

2. Build a team-you need to let go at this stage and don't take part in everything. Let the team self-evolve, cultivate people who can authorize, enhance the ability to solve problems and create correct values, all of which are in line with the company's vision and focus.

3. Establish a system-based on the above two stages, this stage needs to let others complete the goal for you through standardized management, and the goal needs to be the starting principle, that is, clear/quantifiable/achievable/relevant/time-limited; Training talents and authorizers is still an important task; Formulate clear and ambitious goals and clear rules of the game, praise and encourage employees to achieve phased goals in time; Clean up the complex relationship of the company, establish team consistency and let employees work for themselves.

4. Build a culture-that is, the values and beliefs of the enterprise, which will unite the employees of the enterprise in spirit, which is the most advanced place where an enterprise is different from other enterprises.

Leadership has a standardized learning process, but the most important thing is to try after learning, correct mistakes, try again, accumulate your own experience and enhance your influence, so as to promote the promotion of leadership more effectively.
