So what is leadership and what is the standard process of leadership?

How can an ordinary employee have leadership? Improving leadership requires at least four aspects of training:
1. 3. Establish a system-based on the above two stages, this stage needs to let others complete the goal for you through standardized management, and the goal needs to be the starting principle, that is, clear/quantifiable/achievable/relevant/time-limited; Training talents and authorizers is still an important task; Formulate clear and ambitious goals and clear rules of the game, praise and encourage employees to achieve phased goals in time; Clean up the complex relationship of the company, establish team consistency and let employees work for themselves.
4. Build a culture-that is, the values and beliefs of the enterprise, which will unite the employees of the enterprise in spirit, which is the most advanced place where an enterprise is different from other enterprises.
Leadership has a standardized learning process, but the most important thing is to try after learning, correct mistakes, try again, accumulate your own experience and enhance your influence, so as to promote the promotion of leadership more effectively.
