Maintenance and operation of IDC computer room

1. Dust removal and environmental requirements of the computer room: Dust the equipment regularly, clean it, adjust the definition of the security camera, and prevent dust from being sucked into the monitoring equipment due to factors such as machine operation and static electricity. At the same time, check the ventilation, heat dissipation, dust removal, power supply, overhead anti-static floor and other facilities of the computer room. The indoor temperature of the computer room should be controlled at +5℃~+35℃ and the relative humidity should be controlled at 30%~85%.

2. Maintenance of fresh air of air conditioner in the machine room: check whether the air conditioner and ventilation equipment are operating normally. Observe the refrigerant level in the rearview mirror to see if there is a lack of refrigerant. Check the accessories such as high and low pressure protection switch and drying filter of air conditioning compressor.

3.UPS and battery maintenance: conduct battery verification capacity test according to the actual situation; Carry out battery charging and discharging maintenance, adjust the charging current to ensure the normal operation of the battery pack; Check and record the output waveform, harmonic content and zero ground voltage; Check whether the parameter configuration is correct; Perform UPS function test regularly, such as switching test between UPS and mains.

4. Maintenance of fire-fighting equipment: check the appearance of fire detector, manual alarm button and fire alarm device, and test the alarm function; Check the self-checking, silencing and resetting functions of the fire alarm controller, and the switching function of the main and standby power supplies.

5. Circuit and lighting circuit maintenance: ballast, lamp and switch shall be replaced in time; Thread oxidation treatment, label inspection and replacement; Insulation inspection of power supply line to prevent accidental short circuit.

6. Computer room foundation maintenance: electrostatic floor cleaning and ground dust removal; Clearance adjustment, damage replacement; Grounding resistance test; Derusting of main grounding point and fastening of joint; Lightning arrester inspection; Anti-oxidation reinforcement of grounding wire contact.

7. Computer room operation and maintenance management system: improve the computer room operation and maintenance specifications and optimize the computer room operation and maintenance management system. Maintenance personnel respond in time for 24 hours.
