I first got to know Teacher Yanan from her book "Partner in Life--Aesthetic Education Starts with Mom". From the words, I felt like an old friend with similar interests who could talk to me across a distance. It was very friendly and there was no sense of distance, and I wanted to continue to immerse myself in this "spiritual refuge", so I entered the family of the Family Aesthetic Education Instructor Workshop.

I am an ordinary mother. My two children have loved painting since they were young. I founded an art studio by various opportunities and coincidences. To be honest, I have always been worried that my status as a "self-taught artist" will be questioned, and I have been accumulating and recharging myself, but this kind of progress cannot satisfy my inner fulfillment. It wasn't until I attended this workshop that I truly let go of my worries and found myself again. Through the thinking of Teacher Yanan in the course, the essence of continuous refinement, the way of innovative ideas and the sharing among classmates, I gradually adjusted my mentality and encouraged myself. I understood that once I started the active self-study mode, no one could stop me. The pace of progress. Persistence, coming from sincere love, not only allowed me to regain my confidence, but also allowed me to find a sense of mission and responsibility in helping millions of families have a correct view of aesthetic education. In my own time, I will enjoy the process of carefully taking notes, deepen the impression of the course by listening back before going to bed, use scattered time to review the one-day course, and listen to a course while driving. Although I will be anxious because I have no ideas for the homework, and I will also be a little frustrated because I am not satisfied with my homework, but it all seems so beautiful and worthwhile.

Recently, I have read three books by Teacher Yanan, which gave me spiritual stimulation and told me experiences that I had no chance to experience personally. What I have learned on paper is ultimately shallow, and I know that I have to do it in detail. The aesthetic education tutor workshop course allowed me to be on the scene, with an immersive learning mode and a creative learning method, which urged me to insist on painting every day and recording every detail of my life. I also started sharing high-quality illustrators' works in my circle of friends every day, sharing the essence of learning the course and the feelings I gained from reading, which made me happy and improved.

Not only did I benefit a lot from the workshop courses, but my two children also benefited a lot. I’m grateful that my two children’s love for art has only grown as they have grown up. Through the teacher's courses, I gradually mastered some educational methods, such as: encouraging them to express their ideas in their works, providing a family environment to create art, providing high-quality picture books, going to museums to experience art, getting close to nature, etc. At the same time, my children’s father and I are painting at home, and the children will also join in. Studying the courses of the aesthetic education workshop is not only about self-improvement, but also about influencing more families and benefiting more families through this learning concept.
