Sixth radio and television, press and publication, education, culture and other departments should strengthen the publicity of city appearance and environmental sanitation management, enhance citizens' awareness of environmental sanitation civilization, and improve citizens' public health ethics.

Airports, docks, stations and other public places of entertainment, bazaars, large shopping malls and other crowded places, the management and business units shall do a good job in publicity and education of city appearance and environmental sanitation. Article 7 All units and individuals have the obligation to maintain and improve the city appearance and environmental sanitation. Chapter II City Appearance Management Article 9 Buildings and structures in cities should be kept intact, clean and beautiful. Memorial buildings and ancient buildings designated by the state, provinces and cities shall maintain their original features. The appearance and external decoration of newly built, expanded and rebuilt buildings shall conform to the standards of city appearance stipulated by the state and be in harmony with the environment. Street buildings should be painted, painted and cleaned regularly; If it is broken, it should be repaired or removed in time. Tenth roads, drainage, sanitation, transportation, lighting, civil air defense, electricity, telecommunications, fire protection and other public facilities in the city should meet the standards of city appearance stipulated by the state, and keep them intact and clean. Damaged, incomplete or collapsed, the management unit or municipal administrative department shall repair and replace it within the prescribed time limit. Article 11 Without approval, no unit or individual may post, scribble, depict or hang articles on urban buildings, structures, municipal public facilities or trees and telephone poles. Advertising, promotional materials, etc. It shall be set up or posted at designated places, and shall not be set up or distributed in urban areas without authorization.

Posting column, advertising column (signboard), publicity column (painting), gallery, placard, signboard, signboard, window, banner, etc. The approved setting shall conform to the appearance requirements and use standardized words and expressions. If the content is obsolete, damaged, incomplete or unhealthy, it should be replaced or removed in time. Article 12 Trees, hedges, flower beds, lawns, architectural sketches, sculptures, fountains and other facilities in urban streets should be maintained and trimmed regularly to keep them beautiful and clean. Thirteenth main street schools identified by the city people's government are prohibited from setting up stalls. Public places and other street stalls approved by the relevant departments must operate in designated locations, and the waste generated should be cleaned up at any time to keep the site clean and tidy. Those who engage in melons, fruits, lunch boxes and cold drinks must prepare garbage containers. Fourteenth vehicles operating in urban areas should be kept clean and beautiful, and it is forbidden to stop and put them around. It is forbidden for drivers and passengers on buses to abandon and clean up wastes outside the bus; When transporting liquid or bulk goods, freight vehicles shall be sealed, bandaged and covered tightly to prevent leakage and spillage; Animal-drawn vehicles and livestock entering the city should be equipped with dung bags and cleaning tools, and scattered forage and livestock manure must be removed in time.

In accordance with state regulations, the establishment of vehicle washing stations in cities must be approved by the provincial people's government. Fifteenth construction vehicles in various construction sites in urban areas shall run according to the route and time designated by the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation. The muck must be removed in time and dumped at the designated place to prevent the muck and gravel from being scattered along the way; Construction mud water must be precipitated and discharged into the sewer; Building materials should be stacked in the guardrail enclosure and must meet the requirements stipulated by the state. Article 16 The construction, laying or maintenance of pipelines, the erection of poles, the maintenance of roads and ditches in urban areas must be approved by the municipal administrative department, and the relevant formalities must be handled by the public security organ. Business units and individuals shall promptly remove the construction residual soil and sundries. After completion, the pavement should be restored to its original state within the prescribed time limit.

Sludge produced by dredging in municipal departments should be removed in time. Chapter III Management of Urban Environmental Sanitation Article 17 Urban environmental sanitation facilities shall be uniformly planned and rationally laid out, conform to the national standards for setting urban environmental sanitation facilities, and be designed, constructed and put into use simultaneously with the main project.
