If the carcass is not damaged, it is confirmed as an old tire and can be used for retreading, and vice versa. The testing equipment is worth more than 200,000 US dollars. At present, it is impossible for China tire-turning enterprises to widely use it, and it is difficult to really distinguish it only by visual inspection. Third, imported waste tires will directly impact the domestic tire production and market. Driven by interests, if imported used tires are directly loaded and used, there will be no safety guarantee and short service life, which will waste funds and directly impact the normal production of domestic tires, which has been a painful lesson in the past.
