Ah _ Where did the handiwork come from?

Grandma's handwriting is from South Taiwan Province Province to North Taiwan Province Province. Grandma in this province, from other provinces and Hakka people all have great cooking skills hidden in their hands. We visited dozens of grandmothers' kitchens for a year with the feeling of digging for treasures, revisited ancient food and saw their precious cooking skills. These dishes are not necessarily expensive and complicated, but they are all great condiments.

Every kind of ancient flavor is loaded with the track of time and jumps the gap of space. We can vaguely see our early home, just across the kitchen curtains. No matter how hard the days are, grandma will try her best to make the daily taste of home with seemingly ordinary and vulgar things. And this kind of craft, we call her ingenuity.
