Before installing the perimeter electronic fence system, you must first understand its several components. The components of the perimeter security electronic fence are: 1. Electronic fence host part: single and double zone pulse host, rainproof box, lightning arrester, grounding system, high-voltage wire 2. Electronic fence front-end part: force-bearing column (including fixings and decorative caps), Middle column (including fixings and decorative caps), alloy wire, terminal insulators, load-bearing rod insulators (including hooks), expansion screws, warning signs, audible and visual alarms (including brackets) 3. Terminal alarm part.

The long perimeter uses a bus alarm host, the short perimeter uses a branch alarm host, an alarm control keyboard, and an audible and visual alarm. If it involves standard luxury configurations, there are also control servers, operation management software, serial port modules, display screens, linkage modules (linkage monitoring probes), wireless network control modules, and RS485 optical transceivers (long-distance transmission requires more than 2 kilometers).

Preparation before construction of perimeter electronic fence (very important)

1. Construction tools: Electric hand drill, electric hammer, wire cutters, wire strippers, screwdrivers, wrenches (12) are necessary for construction. -14'10-12), scaffolding, safety belts and other conventional construction tools. Depending on the on-site construction conditions, threaders are also required when encountering weak current wells.

2. Construction materials: Prepare RS485 twisted pair wires or network cables, twisted pair shielded wires, sheathed wires, 20 PVC threading pipes, power sealing tape, cable ties and other materials.

3. Safety preparation: Construction safety warning lights and safety warning signs with warning slogans need to be hung at the construction site.

Installation of terminal insulators and wire clips

First, use an electric drill to drill a hole on the stress-bearing column (the default is to drill a hole), then use a hook to pass through the blue insulator, and then hang it on the column. The function of the wire buckle is to clamp the alloy wire to prevent the alloy wire from falling off. .

Installation of lightning arresters

In open areas or places with a certain height, lightning arresters must be installed on electronic fences erected in areas where lightning occurs. The lightning arrester should be installed at the beginning of the electronic fence and hung on the first alloy wire of the electronic fence. The bottom needs to be connected to the earth. It should be installed correctly according to the arrester's instructions.

Chassis installation of high-voltage lines and pulse host

Generally, the pulse host and rainproof box of pulse electronic fence are placed between two defense zones. If the 200-meter perimeter is divided into two defense zones, then The pulse host and rainproof box are fixed at a position of 100 meters, that is, between the two defense zones, and power is supplied to the left and right defense zones through high-voltage lines.

Host After connecting the front end of the electronic fence, you need to turn on the power for testing. The main purpose is to test whether there is a short circuit or short circuit alarm or no alarm. If the test can alarm normally, finally connect with the alarm host at the end.

Points to note during installation (very important):

1. Do not use pulse electronic fences around flammable and explosive areas. When using them under special circumstances, please keep a safe distance. Comply with local fire safety requirements. Do not install during thunderstorm weather.

2. The alarm output line of the pulse host may interfere with the video transmission line, so be sure to shield it.

3. The pulse host cannot be installed and used in a place where the temperature is too low or too high.

4. Fence lines should be fixed in sections. It is recommended that the same straight line or the same defense zone be divided into sections. If they are not on the same straight line, they can be installed several times. In this way, the construction is clear and the cycle is orderly.

5. Lay out the alloy wire: Use a pay-off stand or an appropriate method to lay out the wire. Do not lay it out arbitrarily to avoid knotting and unevenness. You can put 2 at the same time, but be careful not to cross. Or each wire can be punched and wired separately.

6. The connecting wires between two adjacent sections of electronic fence must use special electronic fence high-voltage wires with a rated withstand voltage of not less than 20KV. Do not use other insulated wires instead to save costs.

7. The principle of grounding. The grounding point is generally chosen at the end of the electronic fence. However, when a lightning arrester is added to the defense area, the grounding point of the lightning arrester should be at the beginning of the electronic fence. Strong current and lightning arresters must be well grounded, with a ground resistance of <10Ω. Strong current and weak current grounding must be separated and ≥4m.
