The equipment quality of high-grade large passenger cars reaches 10000~ 15000kg. In order to improve the quality and convenience of bus maintenance, it is necessary to use mobile lifting equipment. The mobile elevator adopts one column as the lifting unit, which can be combined into a combined elevator with two columns, four columns and six columns as required. It has the characteristics of novel structure, flexible movement, flexible application range, good synchronization, convenient operation, safety and reliability (as shown in Figure 3-65438).

At present, mobile cranes have two structures: mechanical and hydraulic. Mechanically, the lifting operation is realized through the cooperation of the reducer and the nut. Hydraulic type realizes lifting operation through the principle of hydraulic transmission.

Lifting operation is related to safety, so special attention should be paid when using mobile cranes:

(1) Before using a car that is not allowed to be lifted by overload or the tire diameter does not match the fork foot, check whether all parts of the lifting machine are reliable, whether the lifting and bearing devices are normal, whether the power supply is well connected, and whether the ground is smooth and hard.

(2) The lifting machine must be correctly aligned and pushed in, so that the fork foot is inserted under the wheel, and the column is inclined to the wheel as far as possible to maximize the contact surface between the wheel and the fork foot, and the fork foot and the wheel need to be basically centered to ensure that the two inclined surfaces of the fork foot contact the wheel at the same time. Before lifting the load, the front and rear wheels of the column must be put in place, and there must be no foreign objects at the bottom of the column, so that the column can land smoothly.

It is forbidden for the column to lift the load during walking, so as not to squeeze the walking wheel.

(3) First, connect the cable of the auxiliary hoist to the main electrical box, and then insert the cable plug of the auxiliary hoist into the socket of the main machine, and the connection is firm and reliable. Then connect the power inlet of the host to the power grid. The electric control box is equipped with a function switch. When the second gear is "adjustment" and "synchronization" respectively, the hoist can only move by itself. In order to make the elevators rise or fall synchronously, turn the switches of all elevators to.

(4) Insert the fork foot of the column into the wheel and completely loosen the travelling wheel. When the column touches the ground stably, turn the change-over switch to the "synchronous" position, press the "up" button, and the fork foot supports the wheel, so that the column has obvious load. Check whether all hoists move synchronously, and turn off the power switch after the lifting operation is completed, so as to play a better role in safety protection.

(5) Always check the cables of the elevator. If it is damaged, it should be repaired and replaced in time. Elevator has the function of phase sequence protection. When the power supply is plugged into the power grid socket without knowing the phase sequence, the indicator light on the main electrical box will light up. Press the red button in the middle, the indicator light will dim, indicating that the phase sequence of the hoist is consistent with that of the power grid, and the hoist can work normally; If the indicator light is still on after pressing the red button in the middle, it means that the phase sequence does not match, and each button can't work. Only after adjusting the phase sequence of the power socket can it work normally.

(6) If it is found that the button is out of control when the elevator goes up or down, cut off the main switch of power supply immediately and ask an electrician to check. When the load rises or falls, no one is allowed to enter the vehicle and use the multi-column lift. Two people should observe the synchronization of the columns on both sides of the vehicle respectively until the vehicle stops rising or falling.

(7) When the elevator is in a higher position, an additional safety device (tripod) should be used to do a good job of safety protection. When the vehicle is in a high position, no one can enter except the chief engineer.

(8) When the machine is powered on, it is not allowed to connect or remove cables, so as to ensure that the main power switch is installed in the upper left corner of the safety main electrical box. After using the machine, lower the fork foot of the crane to the lowest position, cut off the power supply and remove the cable.

(9) For civilized operation, please note that the cable of the equipment should not be crushed by the column of the vehicle weight itself, and the aviation plug should be put down gently to avoid colliding with the ground and breaking. After the operation is completed or the work stops, the elevator must be unloaded to protect the equipment.

(10) Check and maintain the elevator regularly, and observe whether the grease on the screw is dry. If the screw is short of oil, please apply Mobil high temperature grease (blue) on the entire stroke of the screw. For hydraulic lifts, check the tightness of the hydraulic system and the plane height of the hydraulic oil.
