Criminal prosecution refers to the supervision and prosecution of whether the criminal investigation activities of public security organs and the criminal trial activities of people's courts are legal. Civil prosecution is the legal supervision of the people's procuratorate on civil litigation activities in accordance with laws and relevant regulations. Administrative procuratorial "supporting two organizations with one hand" not only supervises the fair administration of justice by the courts, but also promotes the administration of administrative organs according to law, which is one of the important ways for procuratorial organs to participate in social governance. Public interest litigation procuratorial is a system in which the procuratorial organ brings a public interest litigation to the people's court as a "public interest litigation prosecutor" for illegal acts that harm the interests of the state and the public within the scope prescribed by law.
