In the future, we can negotiate with other departments in advance, ask other departments to help maintain the order at the scene, let the audience enter the venue to watch, and also expand the influence of the model university competition.

There are many difficulties in the later model training, mainly the music problem in the training ground. Players often take time off, which affects the whole process. This year's training schedule is reasonable. Most physics classes, basic skills, queuing and rehearsals are planned in advance. Although the queue time is too long due to the frequent departure of individual players, the final effect is very good. Call the roll before each training, and ask the officer in charge for leave if you are late or ask for leave.

Third, the finals.

There are two main problems:

2. The preparation of the manuscript is not sufficient.

During the preliminary review of the program flow, there was a link of joining models to do cross-show, which was not well considered. The single draft is not full enough, the details are not handled well, the rehearsal time is short, and the process link is not well controlled, which leads to the empty stage, but in the end it is due to the timely handling of the backstage deployment.

In the official competition in the evening, all departments of the Student Union have a clear division of labor, actively cooperate with each other, and all links have made personnel arrangements and strict time plans in advance, so there is no big mistake in the whole party.

Fourth, the overall summary.

On the whole, this activity has made a breakthrough compared with previous years, but there are many places to be improved. The following is a general summary of the advantages and disadvantages.

4. Pay attention to the site layout, lighting effects and shooting. In addition to some lamps in the concert hall, we borrowed spotlights and LED lamps, which achieved very good stage effect.

5. The decoration site is novel, with not only the placement of arches, but also lanterns and light sticks to guide the audience, which solves the shortcomings of dark entrances and exits in previous years.

Aspects that should be improved:

1. The biggest mistake of this activity is that there is too little rehearsal time. Before holding an activity, we should consider how to do it and what kind of effect it will achieve. The costumes, lighting, acoustics and other equipment of this activity are very good, but the craft is not good enough, and the rehearsal is not in place. In the later training, there must be enough rehearsals and strict requirements in order to improve the quality of the activities as a whole.

2. The backstage is too messy and the host is too nervous. There were too many people backstage during the game and there was a crowded phenomenon.

The host didn't play very well that day and was a little nervous, which will also affect the quality of the activity to some extent. In future activities, we must pay attention to the order of the backstage, so that the orderly backstage will not affect the connection of all links. And building a human wall in the waiting area can improve the congestion.

The 6th Fashion Design Model Competition came to a successful conclusion under the guidance of the teachers of the Youth League Committee, the leadership of the Presidium of the Student Union and the active cooperation of all departments. The contest was well received by leading teachers and students, and some suggestions for improvement were also received.
