2) Exercise requirements

At 9: 25 on June165438+1October 17, Unit #3 was running with load and suddenly caught fire (Nanxing simulated a fire alarm signal). The trachea detector gives an alarm, and the person on duty receives the alarm signal. Report to the shift supervisor immediately.

The shift supervisor issued emergency orders to the company's emergency leading group and the leaders of the operation department, equipment department, maintenance contractor and other units, and the company and the contractor volunteered the fire brigade to rush to the scene to put out the fire together with the firefighters.

1. At 9: 28, after disconnecting the deluge valve startup line of the main transformer, the test group simulated an action signal of the temperature sensing element of the main transformer at the scene of the main transformer. The director told the shift supervisor: fire alarm, differential protection of #3 main transformer and heavy gas protection. #3 generator outlet switch trips; #3 main transformer high voltage side switch trip; 6KV switch on low voltage side of auxiliary transformer trips. The monitoring screen shows that #3 main transformer smokes, but there is no water spray. Reason: deluge valve solenoid valve line was temporarily cut off by the technical team, so there was no automatic spraying.

The shift supervisor will immediately send someone to the site for inspection and confirmation.

At 9: 29, the shift supervisor immediately contacted the fire brigade and reported to the members of the company's emergency leading group. Report to China Central Dispatching Bureau: Unit 3 stopped running due to main transformer failure.

At 9: 32, the fire brigade drove three fire engines to the north road of the main building, quickly connected the fire hose, and prepared to spray the fire.

At 9: 35, the security team arrived at the scene of the fire and launched on-site alert.

At 9: 37, the shift supervisor informed the operator to go to 6.5m of the #3 generator: check that the grounding knife 803CO on the low voltage side of the #3 main transformer is in the closed position and report to the shift supervisor.

Fourth, practice comments

1, the shift supervisor and personnel on duty of the operation department accurately analyzed the fire and unit fault information, commanded properly, acted quickly, independently completed the manual operation of the sprinkler, put out the fire, quickly completed the equipment isolation, and successfully completed the exercise task.

Insufficient: After the accident, insufficient attention was paid to the site of auxiliary power switching and unit shutdown.

2. The fire brigade acts quickly, can arrange fire engines according to the site conditions, and quickly launch fire fighting operations. However, there was an error in determining the form of the fire scene.

Insufficient:

1) After the fire brigade arrived, the captain did not undertake the on-site command task and did not guide other people to evacuate or put out the fire.

2) A transformer fire is likely to cause an explosion. In general, the fire in the transformer body can only be extinguished by automatic sprinkler. The main task of the fire truck is to put out the surrounding fires and prevent them from spreading to the surrounding areas. As the main power plant and #2 main transformer are the areas where fires are most likely to spread, the fire brigade should pay special attention and arrange two vehicles near #2 main transformer and main power plant.

3. Other participants acted quickly and appropriately, but they also exposed some problems:

1) After the commander arrived at the scene, he didn't know the scene in time, asked irrelevant personnel to evacuate, and didn't direct the actions of various rescue and alert teams.

2) The security team is responsible for the alert task, but the personnel near the fire site are not cleaned up in time. The warning line is set too close to the fire, and there is still a danger of injury outside the warning zone.

3) Although the equipment repair personnel can arrive in time, they rashly enter the central area of the fire, which is in danger of injury.

4. Other problems exposed during the exercise.
