Introduction to Chalco Qinghai Branch

China Aluminum Corporation of China Qinghai Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with magical scenery and splendid culture in the Hehuang Valley, covering an area of ??195 hectares. With an average altitude of 2,403 meters, its predecessor was the original Qinghai Aluminum Factory. It was a key project during the national "Seventh Five-Year Plan" and "Eighth Five-Year Plan" and is one of my country's large-scale electrolytic aluminum enterprises. The company started construction in April 1985 and put into production in December 1987. After 25 years of development, the current electrolytic aluminum production capacity has reached 400,000 tons, and aluminum output ranked first in the country for four consecutive years from 2002 to 2005.
