Introduction to the rules of public security fire fighting forces on duty

In order to standardize the fighting behavior of public security fire brigade on duty and ensure the completion of the fighting task on duty, according to the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws and regulations, the Regulations of Public Security Fire Brigade on Duty Fighting is formulated. Applicable to public security fire brigade, full-time fire brigade and volunteer fire brigade can refer to the implementation. Article 107 of Chapter 6 of these Regulations (including supplementary provisions) shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the Regulations on Duty of Public Security Fire Fighting Forces (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Ministry of Public Security in February 2002 1996+02 shall be abolished at the same time.
