Later, during the first year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty, his grandson Yan Riqin spread the rice noodle making skills from Tonglu, Zhejiang Province to Xiajiang County, which is the ancient Linjiang House (now Zhangshu City). Later, it was praised as "tribute powder" by Emperor Jiajing of the Ming Dynasty and named as "loyal rice flour". It has a history of more than 600 years, and was listed in the second batch of intangible cultural heritage protection list in Jiangxi Province in 2008.
