Design team culture wall

These two days in the publicity column of the team culture wall of the design unit.

The publicity column has three sections, one is the market section, the other is the comprehensive section, and the other is the corporate culture section.

If there are too many words on the bulletin board, it looks boring. In other words, if you use pictures to express cultural ideas, it looks more lively.

Therefore, I will combine the photos of employees into an image mode, and then use the mind map to make the cultural concept of the team.

In the marketing part, I use the pattern of white flying horse as the background. On the white flying horse, there are two big transparent wings with photos of team employees on them. The concept represented by this model is teamwork, and the guarantee is beneficial.

In the comprehensive part, I want to use a blue tree as the background. There are red heart-shaped fruits on the tree, and photos of employees are embedded in these fruits. The idea represented by this model is that the backstage supports the foreground, and the backstage staff are firmly rooted in the soil like trees.

The concept of team culture is designed with mind map, which looks clear, flexible and natural, not as rigid and dogmatic as all words.

In the design idea, I added the employee's birthday and a favorite sentence. It feels more humane to put the employee's birthday under the employee's photo.

Language is a reflection of a person's thinking, so I want to put the sentence that everyone wants to say most under his photo, so that his photo is not just a photo, but a vivid portrayal of a person, and the sentence that he wants to say most represents the thought of a living person.

When you see a photo of an employee, you can also see when his birthday is, what he wants to say most, or what he likes most, so that you can basically understand this person and what kind of person he is.

Whether he is positive or negative or indifferent can be reflected in his favorite sentence.

Everyone's birthday is related to the constellation, and the constellation also has a great relationship with personality, so we can get a general understanding of a person's personality through his birthday.

A small team culture wall can have so many connotations.
