(1) outdoor public spaces such as roads, parks, squares, green spaces, waters, footbridges and underground passages;

(2) buildings (structures) and their attached plots and ancillary facilities;

(3) fences (stalls), guardrails, bus stops, newsstands, road name plates and other facilities;

(4) means of transport, floating objects on water, lift-off devices, inflatable objects, etc.;

(5) other carriers that can carry outdoor advertisements.

the signboards mentioned in these measures refer to the signboards, plaques, signs, font symbols, etc. set on the buildings (structures) in the office or business premises and their ancillary facilities to indicate the name, shop name and trade name.

if the signboard is accompanied by the contents of product promotion and service promotion, or signs, plaques, signs and font symbols are set outside the office and business premises, the provisions on the administration of outdoor advertising setting shall apply.
