According to the requirements of the specified "six specialized schools and four rooms" construction specification

The basic standards of the new regulations formulated by the prison car with the revised standards are as follows:

1. The prison car is equipped with a cockpit and an escort cabin. Cockpit seats should be arranged in two rows with at least four seats. The rear seats should be equipped with headrests, and there should be no sharp protrusions in the escort cabin. Seats should be equipped with two-point seat belts and handcuffs fixing devices, and the bilge should be equipped with I-type fetters fixing devices (public security standard GA 702-2007).

2. Between the cockpit and the escort cabin, and in the escort cabin door, front and rear fences should be installed respectively. The front barrier between the cockpit and the cabin shall be provided with emergency access doors, and a one-way opening and closing device shall be installed in the cockpit 1. The rear isolation barrier shall be equipped with a one-way opening and closing device on one side of the escorted door.

3. The prison car should be equipped with warning lights, alarms and overhead lights in strict accordance with the standards; Reinforced bumpers should be installed at the front and rear of the car body; Cameras should be arranged in the front, rear, cockpit and escort cabin of the vehicle; The cockpit should be equipped with hard disk video recorder, satellite positioning system and display screen with recording time of not less than 72 hours.

Basic requirements for using prison cars

1. People's courts at all levels shall, in accordance with the provisions on escorting co-defendants, defendants of different sexes and underage defendants in the same car, equip them with enough prison cars, with no less than two prison cars, and shall not use other vehicles to escort defendants.

2. Conditional people's courts can regulate the modification of prison cars according to their plastic and safety needs. The escort cabin seats of small prison cars are vertically arranged in two rows, and the escort cabin of medium-sized prison cars should be divided into independent detention cabins, and each detention cabin should be equipped with one-way opening and closing devices.
