Brief introduction of Santaishan scenic spot

Santaishan Scenic Area (Santaishan Forest Park) is located in the northern suburb of Suqian City. 1997 was named and established by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry in May. On June 8th of the same year, Zhang zhen, deputy chairman of the Central Military Commission, wrote the name of the park. Santaishan Scenic Area (Santaishan Forest Park) is a large-scale scenic spot combining nature and humanity, 7 kilometers away from the city center, with a total area of 10450 mu. It is hilly and mountainous, with the highest point 73.4 meters above sea level. The territory is ups and downs, and ravines are vertical and horizontal; A small lake with clear water and quiet forests has formed a unique scenic belt, which is called Xishuangbanna in Jiangsu. Four kilometers to the west is the misty Lake Rome, where mountains and rivers set each other off and are particularly enchanting. The park has 6000 mu of forest, more than 70 kinds of trees, natural lawns all over the mountains and 100 kinds of wild animals. Climbing high and overlooking, you can have a panoramic view of the lakes and mountains, the new look of the city and the scenery of Tianyuan. Among the eight famous scenes in Suqian, there are three peaks of sunset and two scenes of drunken grapes in the garden. There are many cultural landscapes in the park, including cultural sites in the Neolithic Age and the Western Han Dynasty. There are ancient battlefield sites in Tang and Song Dynasties and modern battle sites in northern Jiangsu; There are beautiful and moving myths and legends, which make the whole scenic spot more inspired. Designed by Jiangsu Forestry Survey and Design Institute, there are more than 40 scenic spots and tourist spots in the park, such as large amusement park, water park, Eight Immortals Bath, zoo and youth education center.
