Insurance standard of agricultural greenhouse insurance

Legal analysis: At present, the compensation standards for policy agricultural insurance in greenhouses are: bamboo-wood structure, annual premium 144 yuan, steel composite structure, annual premium of 288 yuan, maximum premium of 8,000 yuan for cold sheds, and annual premium15,000 yuan for 420 yuan.

Legal basis: Regulations on Agricultural Insurance

Twenty-first insurance institutions may entrust grass-roots agricultural technology extension institutions to assist in handling agricultural insurance business. An insurance institution shall sign a written contract with the institution entrusted to assist in handling agricultural insurance business, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, agree on the payment of fees, and provide business guidance to the institution assisting in handling agricultural insurance business.

Twenty-second insurance institutions shall, in accordance with the provisions of the the State Council Insurance Regulatory Authority, properly preserve the original data of agricultural insurance survey and loss assessment.

It is forbidden for any unit or individual to alter, forge, conceal or destroy the original data of exploration and damage assessment in violation of regulations.

Article 23 The acquisition and use of insurance premium subsidies shall conform to the provisions of the specific measures formulated in accordance with Article 7 of these Regulations.

It is prohibited to defraud agricultural insurance premium subsidies in the following ways or in any other way:

(1) Inventing or exaggerating the subject matter insured or multiple insurances of the same subject matter insured;

(2) Write off the insurance premium payable by the applicant or the insurance premium subsidy given by the finance by means of false claims, false expenses, false surrender or interception, misappropriation of insurance premium and misappropriation of operating expenses.
