The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Management of electric bicycles and mopeds (motorcycles)

(1) Motorcycles driving in the campus must have formal licenses and passes; Two-wheeled mopeds and electric bicycles must register and get their passes at the place designated by the security department before May 31st.

(2) For the convenience of management, teachers and students who have received vehicle passes, please bring relevant information (including ID card, license plate certificate, identification plate number, etc.) to the xx section of the security department (specific location) for registration and filing before May 31st.

(3) Any unlicensed and unlicensed vehicle should be disposed of by itself as soon as possible. From March 1st, 212, motorcycles, mopeds and electric bicycles that are unlicensed or unregistered (without identification plates) are strictly prohibited from driving in the campus.

For illegally parked vehicles, the traffic controller will issue a warning notice to the owner and record it. Those who still don't listen to the advice will be locked or towed away.

(2) Motor vehicles (including electric bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles) should be parked in designated parking lots or parking spaces; Please park your bicycle at the bicycle parking spot, or follow the instructions of the school guards. All vehicles are forbidden to stop and leave.

(3) It is forbidden to park any vehicles on the road sections with no parking signs and fire escape signs, otherwise all the consequences will be at your own risk.

Third, vehicle driving management

(1) Strengthen the management of campus road driving order. According to the regulations on campus traffic management, when motor vehicles (including electric bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles) are driving on campus, the speed should not exceed 2km/h, and they are not allowed to driving without a license, go on the road without a license, or honk their horns. When passing through intersections or encountering pedestrians, they should slow down and take the initiative to avoid them. From now on, the Ministry of Security will step up road inspection and correct all kinds of violations. Any driver shall not refuse to check for any reason, and shall not deliberately block the traffic on roads and school gates. Offenders will temporarily detain the vehicles they are driving.

(2) The delivery vehicle is subject to the reservation system of the receiving unit, that is, the receiving unit informs each branch of the Security Department in advance to determine the time to enter or leave the campus, and the doormen determine the entry and exit according to the notice.

(3) Electric bicycles and mopeds are not allowed to carry people when driving on campus. (4) All units should organize faculty and staff to conduct a special education on traffic safety in the near future, carefully study the relevant regulations of school traffic management, and ask everyone to actively support and cooperate with the school traffic management.
