325 cement or 425 cement for self-built houses in rural areas?

Correct a mistake first! No matter what kind of building, it is not the strength of cement, but whether the strength of concrete meets the design requirements 28 days after molding, so is the private house!

Is it better to use 32.5 cement or 42.5 cement for rural housing? Let's go back to that conclusion, cement strength is not the main thing, let's look at 28-day concrete strength! In other words, even if you are a house made of mud, the strength after the final molding is enough to meet the design requirements, and you can live a down-to-earth life! On the other hand, even if 62.5 cement is used to build a house, the concrete strength is not enough and it is dangerous to live in it!

If you have to choose one of the two kinds of cement, I can definitely tell you that 32.5 cement is the most suitable for rural housing! Why? There are two reasons: first, the self-built houses in rural areas are not too high, and the design strength of the houses fully meets the requirements of 32.5 cement! Second, the state of concrete mixed with 32.5 cement is better than that mixed with 42.5 cement! That is, it is better than the concrete mixed with 42.5 cement in fluidity, water retention and cohesiveness. The technical term of these three characteristics is called interchangeability. Good workability shows that the concrete is uniform, comfortable to use and high in durability. After the whole molding, there are basically no weak links!

Summary: although 325 cement can meet the requirements of self-built houses in rural areas to a certain extent, the commonly used P O32.5 and P C32.5 cement have been banned. As for M32.5 cement mainly promoted by major cement manufacturers, it can only be used as masonry cement according to relevant national standards, and cannot be used for concrete structure construction. Therefore, I personally suggest that self-built houses in rural areas use P O42.5 cement for safety reasons.
