1. Become a network master by chance

? In 2018, I participated in the training of the Prosperous Growth Plan, and I insisted on listening to the lectures every day and practicing Work clock in. Later he was rated as an "outstanding student". By chance, I joined the Iron Army of Ningdu Net Master.

? I joined the Ningdu Network Master Iron Army Association and felt deeply about my own shortcomings. I also gained a deeper understanding of becoming a network master step by step, learning while doing it, and accumulating experience while doing it. I am deeply honored to have the guidance of Director Zeng Xinning and Director Wen Xin to lead our group of Internet teachers to join the "Ningdu Humanities" group to teach. I learned a lot about online teachers’ live streaming skills, lesson preparation experience, lesson evaluation methods, and in-depth knowledge of online courses. Our Ningdu Humanities Group has gradually grown from five people to nine people. As the saying goes, a person can move fast, but a group of people can grow fast.

Before coming to Shanghai to study, Director Zeng Xinning took us, a group of Ningdu network masters, to participate in the online 2029 future student innovation activities. It was a truly unique activity for me. The first activity in the morning was to introduce my personality, interests and hobbies by drawing a piece of paper with a small train on it. At that time, I was confused. I couldn’t draw, so it was difficult to introduce myself with pictures. Later, I saw that the members of the free group next to me were already drawing pictures. I was suddenly inspired, picked up the brush, and started drawing. Then each of us introduced ourselves as a group to the group members using the pictures we drew. After listening to everyone's introduction, I felt it was quite novel and interesting, which made me realize that thinking needs to be opened, diverged, and broken. Think conventionally and think from an innovative perspective, and you will gain something special. The second activity is for the group to draw a poster with the theme of the future classroom. The future classroom is a very distant thing for us. In this century with such advanced science and technology, the future classroom has unlimited possibilities. This requires our innovative thinking. After careful discussion in our group, we finally envisioned a future course where teachers are not limited by time and space and can teach anywhere, while students can freely choose courses of interest to them. This is the future course we imagine. Then let us demonstrate and explain in groups. Through poster design activities, I learned that thinking needs innovation and innovative thinking is very important.

2. Meet again and start a study tour in Shanghai

? In the rare summer vacation of 2021, our Ningdu Network Division Iron Army actually received approval from the leaders of the Education, Science and Sports Bureau. Director Zeng Xinning and several other leaders of the Education, Science and Sports Bureau came to Shanghai to learn from each other.

When we arrived in Shanghai at around 12 o'clock in the morning on July 30, Principal Wu Hong and the friends from the Hujia team came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. They very warmly prepared bread and milk for us to fill our hungry stomachs. My heart is full of emotion.

The next day, we came to Hujia headquarters to visit and study. The first thing that catches your eye when you enter is the Chagall art work painted by Country Doll, which is so stunning. Walking further inside, I was even more shocked. There was a wall with pictures of Ningdu network teachers and teaching assistants, as well as the experiences of Principal Wu Hong and Hujia friends doing for the rural children. displayed before our eyes. Then, I started to study theoretical studies and randomly selected cards to explain my current role as a network engineer and talk about my expectations for the future. A group of three people travel around Huizhi Lake, take photos, and enhance each other's feelings. The purpose is to let you feel how to get along better with others.

After returning from the trip around the lake, we each took out the things we brought back and thought about the future of the group members together. Huizhi Lake is quiet and beautiful, giving people a quiet power. Some of us chatted and laughed, some took photos, and some enjoyed the beautiful scenery. We were all very relaxed and comfortable. After traveling around, I brought back ginkgo fruits. It was the first time I saw a ginkgo tree full of fruits, which made me full of joy.

When I took out the ginkgo fruits I brought back, I never thought that Li Meiyan and Li Ying in our group also picked up ginkgo fruits. The four of us thought together and decided to draw four girls, each holding a ginkgo fruit, with a ginkgo leaf picked up by Hou Haihong placed underneath. This means that the four of us who came to Shanghai to study can bring the knowledge we have learned back to Ningdu. Hujia is this ginkgo tree full of fruits. In the afternoon, the assignment assigned by Principal Wu Hong was to work together in groups to build a future course. After attending the class and studying, I have been thinking about what the future course will be like and what content I should talk about. After thinking hard, I thought that we all have to eat in life, but no one cherishes food. The students cannot understand how hard-won food is. Combining the modernization and technology of future courses, we thought of riding the Xiaoai intelligent robot back to farmers' rice fields to learn about rice, experience harvesting rice personally, and understand the hard work of farmers' uncles, so that we know how to cherish food, and also know the future of rice. It is 10 meters high. Each student can adopt one and cultivate the rice himself. This is the future course, which can be combined with comprehensive practical activities. Flexibility, diversity, comprehensiveness. Through discussions and interactions between groups, we deeply understood that collaboration, creativity, and cooperation among group members are very important. What future courses need is innovation, but innovation must be operable at the same time.

After the theoretical study, Principal Wu Hong took us to visit and study the Memorial Hall of the First Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai. Following the commentator's explanation and looking at the pictures full of stories displayed on the wall, I felt a sense of admiration for the revolutionary martyrs. One of the words that impressed me the most is to never forget your original intention and keep your mission in mind. In the afternoon, we came to the World Expo Museum. What is told here is the development history of World Expos in various countries around the world. 3. When we meet each other, we can look forward to the future
