Working principle of hydraulic system

Working principle of hydraulic system:

The compressor station, also known as the hydraulic pump station, is the hydraulic device of the system. It supplies oil according to the requirements of the driving device (main engine) and controls the direction, pressure and flow rate of oil flow. It is suitable for all kinds of hydraulic machinery in which the main engine and hydraulic device can be separated. After purchasing the extended data, the user only needs to connect the hydraulic station with the actuator (oil cylinder and oil motor) on the main engine with the oil pipe, and the hydraulic machinery can realize various specified actions and work cycles. The hydraulic station consists of pump device, manifold block or valve group, oil tank and electric box. The functions of each component are as follows: the pump device is equipped with a motor and an oil pump, which is the power source of the hydraulic station and converts mechanical energy into power energy of hydraulic oil. Manifold block-consists of hydraulic valve and channel body. It regulates the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.

Valve combination-a flat valve is installed on the vertical plate to connect the pipeline behind the flat plate, which has the same function as the manifold block.

Oil tank-a semi-closed container welded by steel plates, and equipped with oil filter and air filter. It is used for storing oil, cooling and filtering oil.

Electric box-there are two forms. Terminal board with external leads; One of them is equipped with a complete set of control equipment.

The working principle of the hydraulic station is that the motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil pump and pumps it out, thus converting mechanical energy into hydraulic oil. Pressure energy, after the hydraulic valve adjusts the direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil through the manifold (or valve group), is transferred to the oil cylinder or oil motor of hydraulic machinery through the external connecting pipe, so as to control the direction change, strength and speed of hydraulic machinery and push various hydraulic machinery to do work. The mechanical work of the engine is converted into hydraulic energy by the main pump, and the main pump transfers the hydraulic energy to each working element through the control valve.
