First, the rectification of the land market order is progressing smoothly.

At present, the rectification work in various parts of Xinjiang has entered the third stage. Judging from the progress, the work momentum in the first two stages is good, which basically meets the requirements put forward by the autonomous region in the mobilization and deployment stage and the study control and inspection stage, mainly in the following aspects: First, the leaders attach importance to it and act quickly. As soon as the national teleconference was over, in accordance with the requirements of the teleconference and the autonomous region, leading groups headed by government leaders and members of relevant government departments were set up in all parts of the region, and implementation plans for rectification work in the region were formulated and issued. From the perspective of practicing "Theory of Three Represents", most cities (states) regard further rectification of the land market order as a major event related to the vital interests of the people and the sustainable development of local economy and society, and incorporate it into the government's work arrangements. According to the scope and content of the rectification required by the Ministry of Land and Resources, on the basis of comprehensive deployment, combined with the actual land market in the autonomous region, Ili, Urumqi, Changji, Bayinguoleng, Aksu, Kashi and other cities with relatively developed economies or large construction land are taken as the key areas of this rectification. In some places, there is still a phenomenon of "two more and two less", that is, there are more people checking management and fewer people checking their own problems; There are many specific illegal cases and few management problems. In some places, the understanding of the rectification object is one-sided, and they do not agree with the requirement of "focusing on self-examination", and their enthusiasm for self-examination and self-correction is not high. As a result, the focus of rectification falls on the investigation of management counterparts, ignoring the investigation of their own problems and deviating from the main direction of rectification.

Third, the rectification work is not grasped tightly, and supervision and coordination are not enough. In some areas, the rectification work is not taken as an important task, and the sense of urgency is not strong. It is only taken as a general task. Satisfied with the establishment and distribution of the organization. In some places, this work is regarded as a matter of land and resources management departments, and supervision and inspection are weak; In some areas, the work of asking for instructions and reporting upwards is not enough, and the following work is not understood and mastered, resulting in the problem of imperfect work in some places in the first two stages of rectification work.

Iii. Requirements for rectifying the land market order in the next stage

Entering the stage of treatment and rectification, you will face more problems. Suggestions should be made on the problems found according to relevant laws, regulations and policies, and those with clear policies should be dealt with in time. If the policy is not clear enough, ask the office for instructions in time. We should base ourselves on positive correction and handling. Those who take the initiative to correct and deal with problems will not be dealt with by the higher authorities. However, if there are problems that are not corrected in time and the work progress is not effective, the superior should urge them to correct them as soon as possible. If it is still not corrected, the relevant responsible person shall be investigated for responsibility according to law. If you have difficulty in correcting yourself, you should report to your superiors in time to win support.

The principle of this rectification is to give priority to self-examination, highlight key points, focus on rectification and treat it differently. Some of our comrades are not used to finding problems by themselves. Even if they have problems, they don't have the courage to correct themselves, and they can't take a positive attitude and take the initiative to correct them, so they may lose the opportunity to correct them. Self-examination and self-correction when encountering problems are the embodiment of courage, ability and level, the embodiment of management integrity and the inevitable trend of promoting administration according to law. Self-examination and self-correction should adhere to the principle of proceeding from reality and seeking truth from facts, be good at grasping the good opportunity of self-examination and self-correction and win the initiative. If it is a problem in the work, take the initiative to check and correct it, and then it will not be raised as a problem. Illegal problems, take the initiative to self-examination and self-correction, can be given a lighter punishment according to law. Failing to check and correct problems or going through the motions; There are orders that can't be done, prohibitions, problems while rectification, and violations of law and discipline; Even those who violate the law in law enforcement should be dealt with severely according to law and the responsibility of the relevant personnel should be investigated.

For all kinds of development zones and parks, it mainly depends on whether they conform to the overall land use planning and whether the development land is privately agreed to be sold.
