Can the trade union invoice and open employee gift boxes?

You can't. According to relevant public information, it is not allowed for trade unions to open employee gift boxes by invoicing, which violates the provisions of the trade union law. Detailed information and physical name are required for invoicing. Article 2 of the Measures for the Management of Grass-roots Trade Union Funds, formulated and promulgated by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions in accordance with the Trade Union Law, stipulates the scope of trade union funds. In addition to the above items, trade union funds shall not be used for other purposes.
