The network center focuses on the construction of "the creation and application of an integrated modern management system for blood transfusion work in Shenzhen". Currently, three blood stations in Shenzhen and the 88 hospitals that directly supply blood have achieved real-time business networking, which has greatly improved work efficiency and emergency response capabilities. The General Affairs Section was established in July 2006 and currently has 11 staff. Its main functions are responsible for the procurement of equipment, reagents, consumables and other materials, building repairs, equipment maintenance and filing, management of fixed assets, and administrative vehicles and vehicles. Maintenance, safety and hygiene, water and electricity maintenance, supervision and management of property companies, warehouse management, washing and disinfection, and medical waste disposal and other specific work.

Under the leadership of the center, all staff work together with one heart and one mind to provide strong logistical material support and safety guarantee for the center’s business development. At the same time, they work hard to complete the work in strict accordance with the requirements of the cold chain. The positions set up in the business department are designed to help the center successfully complete various administrative and business tasks, including blood collection tasks at blood donation stations in various districts and planned blood delivery and emergency blood delivery tasks in dozens of hospitals. Its main function is scientific research and teaching. At the same time, we serve front-line departments, supervise and inspect them, and provide timely feedback of various information to ensure the smooth progress of all the work of the center. In order to create a good working atmosphere, staff in the business department must provide in-depth service, be enthusiastic, have the courage to take on tasks, be practical, innovative, and take responsibility.

In the past three years, the center has received approval for 21 projects, including one from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, two from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Health, and the Municipal Philosophy and Social Sciences 11th Five-Year Plan There is 1 planned project, 2 municipal key projects, and projects at all levels have received nearly 600,000 yuan in scientific research funding from superiors. In order to improve the level of clinical blood management, ensure the safety of patients with blood, and reduce adverse reactions of blood transfusions, relevant clinical and blood station experts were organized to compile the "Shenzhen Clinical Blood Transfusion Technology" after more than three months of repeated demonstrations.
