Because our new teachers' specialties are scattered, the company arranged for us to study in each branch factory in turn, and looked at blanking, steel structure, chassis, assembly, debugging, painting and machining one by one! This also gives us a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the enterprise! Because we haven't been in each branch for a long time, we all cherish the rare learning opportunities, ask if we don't understand, write down the important ones, and ponder and study those who are interested. In the assembly workshop, several of our teachers borrowed drawings, and thoroughly understood them according to what they saw and asked at the scene, so as not to regret what they wanted to know.

Every time we go to a branch factory, the workers' masters are equally enthusiastic about us. Every branch factory is equally neat and orderly, and every employee is full of energy and passion for work. When we went to the blanking branch of the first branch factory, the director told us that workers only had one and a half days off a year. We felt very incredible at that time. In a blink of an eye, just three weeks have passed, and I am very happy to have the opportunity to study in such an excellent enterprise as Xu Zhong for such a long time. I really learned a lot, not only the technological process and working principle of cranes, pump trucks and fire engines, but also deeply influenced by their excellent corporate culture. As a new teacher, there are still many things to learn, but more is to know your own shortcomings. Just came out from the campus, the relaxed atmosphere of the school has become accustomed to, the enthusiasm for work has not reached the expected height, has not really switched to its own position, and has not completely changed its mind. The rigorous academic philosophy and strict teaching style of Xugong Technical School make me feel that there is still a great distance between me and the standard of the post of teacher.
