During his tenure as the director of the teaching and research section and laboratory of the Department of Applied Physics of Hunan University, Xie Quan presided over the revision of the teaching plan of applied physics specialty and actively carried out the research on teaching reform, and won the third prize of teaching reform achievements of Hunan University.

During my tenure as assistant dean of the School of Physics and Electronic Science of Changsha University of Science and Technology, I actively assisted the dean in all kinds of work, especially in talent introduction and scientific research.
