2. Low-carbon environmental protection tips
As every family, it plays an irreplaceable role in promoting social development and human progress, and is the main strength pillar of our social development. Therefore, we should improve the comprehensive quality of families, truly understand the practical significance and great role of energy conservation and environmental protection, organize each family member, firmly unite together, start to understand and improve from all aspects of life, and implement the theme of energy conservation and environmental protection.
So which is more serious, family pollution or social pollution? Recent research shows that the pollution caused by social industrial production only accounts for 4 1% of the pollution sources, while the pollution caused by modern families accounts for 59%. Compared with society, although family is only a cell of society, it is relatively serious in terms of pollution. There are hundreds of toxic and harmful substances detected, and there are more than ten common ones. There is a set of statistical data that can further prove the harmfulness of household pollution: that is, a household produces 1.8 kg of garbage every day on average, throwing away five non-degradable plastic bags and two or three disposable lunch boxes; A family produces an average of 200 kilograms of wastewater every day from washing hair, bathing and washing clothes. A family uses an average of 20 grams of chemicals every day. These pollutants and domestic wastewater flowing into rivers have been polluting our land, rivers and oceans. According to media reports, in an indoor pollution survey of more than 2,000 household samples, the results show that more than 50% of households have pollution in their energy-saving environment, and the "culprit" is household appliances. What is even more worrying is that most families surveyed are not aware of the pollution problem of household appliances. At present, common pollution caused by household appliances includes bacterial pollution, radiation pollution and noise pollution, which are harmful to health and even endanger people's lives.
In terms of energy waste, families also account for a considerable proportion. Turn on multiple TVs at the same time; Multiple computers are used at the same time; Don't cut off the power supply when the TV is not watching, and stay in standby state for a long time; Dozens of incandescent lamps with hundreds of watts are turned on at the same time; When the sensor of the voice control light is broken, the light will be on day and night; The water dispenser operates 24 hours a day; Some electric heating households don't blink when they use several kilowatts of large electric furnaces in winter; Turn on the tap and let it run for a few minutes. After the hot water comes out, just wash it slowly ...
Bit by bit, it seems insignificant. But it is such dribs and drabs that the energy waste in the community is quite prominent. Check our behavior, the common "unconscious waste", there is too much precious energy wasted in family life. Habit becomes nature, and there are many waste phenomena that people have cultivated for a long time and have become accustomed to, so they don't think much about saving household energy. However, in real life, it is actually very simple for us to get rid of those "habits" that are wasted at will, and we only need to lift a finger. A good living and working environment is the condition for our human survival, and protecting the environment means protecting ourselves. Facing the reality of the deterioration of the earth's ecological environment and the shortage of resources, we should clearly realize that saving the earth, protecting the environment and saving energy are our common responsibilities. Family energy conservation and environmental protection are closely related to our lives and are easy to carry out. Doing a good job in family energy conservation and environmental protection not only saves resources, but also saves some expenses for families, killing two birds with one stone.
3. What are the common sense of low-carbon environmental protection?
Low-carbon life is a very environmentally friendly and civilized thing. The understanding of "low-carbon people" is to start from me in daily life and try to reduce all possible consumption. Of course, "low carbon" mainly refers to the emission of carbon dioxide. Usually pay attention to:
1, refrigerator: the amount of food stored in the memory should be 80% of the volume. Too much or too little food consumes electricity.
2. Air conditioning: put the fan under the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and use the wind power of the fan to improve the cooling effect. Turn off the air conditioner after a few hours and turn on the electric fan immediately. With this method at night, you don't have to turn on the air conditioner all night, saving nearly 50% electricity.
3. Washing machine: In the same long washing time, when working in weak gear, the motor starts more times, that is to say, using strong gear actually saves electricity than weak gear, and can prolong the life of washing machine.
4. Microwave oven: The food heated or cooked at one time should not exceed 0.5 kg, and it is better to cut it into small pieces. If the amount is too large, it should be heated in stages and stirred in the middle. Use "high firepower" as much as possible.
5. Computer: When the computer is not used for a short time, turn on the "sleep" mode of the computer, which can reduce the energy consumption to below 50%.
6. Gas: The temperature is high in summer, so don't cover it before boiling water.
4. Tips for Low-carbon Life 100
1. Use energy-saving lamps, turn off the lights and unplug.
2. Use less air conditioning and open more windows. Try to work during the day, which can save electricity.
4. Microwave ovens use "high-grade" to save electricity. 5. Wash rice in advance when cooking and soak for 10 minute, saving electricity by about 10%.
6. The water heater uses less electricity for heating one day than a box of cold water with the same temperature. 7. Set the TV screen to medium brightness, which can save electricity and protect eyesight.
8. Clean the vacuum cleaner in time, otherwise it will reduce vacuum efficiency and increase power consumption. 9. Opening the strong gear of the washing machine saves more electricity than the weak gear, and can also prolong the life of the machine.
10. Please turn off the power supply when the drinking fountain and other electrical appliances are idle. 1 1. Use solar energy to save electricity and gas.
Installing a 2-square-meter solar water heater in every household can meet 70% of domestic hot water for the whole year. 12. Clockwork alarm clock can save battery instead of electronic alarm clock.
13. Reuse of batteries. Batteries used on large electrical appliances can be put on small electrical appliances for further use. Electrical appliances with high power consumption use rechargeable batteries.
14. Close unused computer programs, reduce hard disk workload, save electricity and maintain computers. 15. If you don't use the computer for a short time, you will go to sleep mode; If you don't use it for a long time, please close it.
16. The air conditioner uses frequency conversion, which consumes less power than ordinary air conditioners. 17. Cleaning the air conditioner regularly is healthy and saves electricity.
18. raise the air conditioner by one degree, saving electricity by 7%, and the air conditioner should not be lower than 26℃ in summer. 19. Turn off the air conditioner after a few hours and turn on the electric fan immediately, saving nearly 50% of electricity.
20. Electric fans placed in ventilated places can reduce power consumption. 2 1. When starting the electric fan, select the high gear, wait for the fan to rotate for a few minutes, and then adjust it to the appropriate gear.
22. Choose a refrigerator with a moderate size, and the amount of food stored should be 80% of the volume. Too much or too little will consume electricity. 23. When placing the refrigerator, leave appropriate space on both sides and back, with good ventilation, away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
Let the food cool before putting it in the refrigerator. 25. Try to reduce the number of times to open the refrigerator door.
26. Keep the refrigerator clean and defrost it in time. 27. Making ice cubes and cold drinks in summer should be arranged at night, when the temperature is low, which is beneficial to the heat dissipation of the condenser; 28. Choose the temperature in the box appropriately, such as-1℃ for fresh meat and fish, 3℃ for eggs and milk, and 5℃ for vegetables and fruits.
29. The thawed food can be transferred to the cold storage room to gradually melt, so that cold energy can be transferred to the cold storage room, which can save electricity. Save water by 30. Use water-saving sanitary ware and recycle water.
3 1. Warm water washing and natural drying. Washing clothes with warm water of about 30℃ can save washing powder and several rinsing processes, which is both water-saving and more environmentally friendly.
Water the flowers with vegetables and rice. 33. When washing your hands, wet your hands first, then turn off the faucet, wash your hands with soap, and then turn on the faucet to wash your hands. Don't turn on the tap too much.
34. The hot water or rice washing water below can be used to wash dishes without detergent, which is clean and environmentally friendly. 35. You can brush your teeth and wash your face with cold boiled water at night, and you can also flush the toilet after washing.
36. The washing water is used to wash rags and scrub floors. Rainwater can be used for washing hands and feet, watering flowers, mopping floors and flushing toilets.
38. Put a bottle of water in the toilet tank. The size of the bottle determines the water saved. 39. The rinsing times of low foaming detergent are several times less than those of high foaming detergent, which saves water, electricity and time.
40. Cleaning the same car, scrubbing with bottled water is only 1/8 of the water consumption for flushing with faucet. 4 1. Oily dishes and pots should be cleaned with old newspapers or used napkins before cleaning, which can reduce the use of detergents and water pollution.
42. Take more baths. Taking a shower with a shower nozzle saves 80% water than taking a bath with a bathtub. Turn off the water in time when scrubbing.
43. Preheated cold water released during bathing can be connected with a basin for washing clothes or flushing toilets. 44. Try to concentrate on washing clothes or washing them by hand.
45. When staying in a hotel, reduce the frequency of changing sheets and quilts. Save energy. Drive less than two days a week and take public transport more.
47. Exercise more outdoors and go to the gym less. 48. Take fewer elevators and climb more stairs.
49. Walking or cycling to work is more environmentally friendly. 50。
When eating out, please bring your own portable tableware and drinking cups, such as chopsticks and spoons. 5 1. Bring your own environmental protection bags when shopping, and try not to use plastic bags.
52. Use less napkins and more handkerchiefs. 53. Use small-displacement cars with low fuel consumption and low pollution.
54. Use more electronic greeting cards and text messages, less traditional paper greeting cards, less printers and fax machines, and print on both sides. 55. Advocate reducing meat, drinking moderately and eating healthily.
56. Choose small-sized houses without too much decoration. Using energy-saving doors and windows, about 50% of the energy loss of the whole building is the energy loss on the doors and windows.
58. Buy goods and gifts with simple packaging. 59. Soak mung beans in boiling water in a thermos at night, and they will become mung bean soup the next morning.
60. Boil the eggs in boiling water for one minute, then turn off the fire, cover the pot and stew for 10 minute. The residual heat of boiling water will cook the eggs. 6 1. Use bamboo as furniture, because bamboo grows faster than trees.
62. This car is regularly maintained to keep it in good condition. 63. Use the lubricating oil with the lowest viscosity and change the lubricating oil regularly.
64. auto start is stable and accelerates evenly. Choose appropriate gears to avoid high-speed driving at low gears. 65. Don't put unnecessary items in the trunk of the car to reduce the load of the vehicle.
66. Please close the window when driving at high speed. 67. Use the air conditioner correctly and turn it on as little as possible when driving.
68. Try not to add power-consuming equipment in the car, so as not to increase the load of the generator. 69. Don't wait for someone, and turn off the engine in time.
70. Cooking with a big fire takes less time than cooking with a small fire, which can reduce heat loss, but it is not advisable to let the fire exceed the bottom of the pot to avoid wasting gas. 7 1. Before cooking, dry the water droplets outside the pan.
Prepare dishes and ingredients before cooking, so as not to waste gas by burning empty stoves. 72. Cooked food should not be cooked by steaming as far as possible. Foods that are not easy to boil should be cooked by pressure cooker, and cooked food should be heated by microwave oven.
73. When the temperature is high in summer, don't cover the water before boiling, so that the water with a lower temperature than air can exchange heat with the air, and then cover it when it naturally heats up to the air temperature, which can save gas. 74. Before frying steamed bread, soak steamed bread in light salt water. The fried bread is crisp and delicious, which saves both oil and fuel.
Waste utilization. Residual vegetable leaves and melon peels can be used as fertilizers for flowers and vegetables; After drying in the sun, it can be burned and smoked in the toilet or ditch, which can eliminate the stench and drive away mosquitoes and flies. 76. The radish head left after cooking can be removed by repeatedly wiping stainless steel stains.
If stains have been produced for a long time, dipping some baking soda in radish head can effectively reduce water consumption.
5. Little knowledge of environmental protection (200 words)
Recyclable resources in life mainly include:
(1) Waste paper: newspapers, book paper, wrapping paper, office paper, advertising paper, cartons, etc. Please note that paper towels and toilet paper are too water-soluble to be recycled.
(2) Plastics: all kinds of plastic bags, plastic foams, plastic packaging, disposable plastic lunch boxes and tableware, hard plastics, plastic toothbrushes, plastic cups, mineral water bottles, etc.
(3) Glass: glass bottles and broken glass pieces, mirrors, light bulbs, thermos bottles, etc.
(4) Metals: cans, tin cans, toothpaste skins, etc.
(5) Cloth: mainly includes discarded clothes, tablecloths, towels, cloth bags, etc.
If every 1 ton of waste paper is recycled, 850 kilograms of paper can be made, 300 kilograms of wood can be saved, and compared with the same output, the pollution is reduced by 74%; Every 1 ton plastic beverage bottle can recover 0.7 tons of secondary raw materials; Every 65,438+0 tons of scrap steel can be recycled into 0.9 tons of steel, which saves 47% of the cost and reduces 75% of air pollution and 97% of water pollution and solid waste compared with ore smelting.
So far, the environmental problems that have threatened human survival and been recognized by human beings mainly include: global warming, ozone layer destruction, acid rain, fresh water crisis, energy shortage, sharp decline of forest resources, land desertification, accelerated extinction of species, garbage disaster, toxic chemical pollution and many other aspects.
(1) Global warming refers to the increase of global temperature. In recent 100 years, the global average temperature has experienced two fluctuations of cold-warm-cold-warm, which can always be regarded as an upward trend. Since the 1980s, the global temperature has obviously increased. 198 1~ 1990, the global average temperature increased by 0.48℃ compared with 100 years ago. The main reason for global warming is that humans have used a lot of fossil fuels (such as coal and oil) in the past century.
6. Little is known about low-carbon life
1. In our daily life, we should try our best to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, such as taking more public transport and using environmentally-friendly and energy-saving household appliances, so as to contribute to emission reduction in our own way.
2. Use less disposable tableware, use less plastic bags, drink less plastic bottles of mineral water, take less elevators, use energy-saving lamps, and print every piece of paper on both sides. Join the ranks of low-carbon life and become a practitioner and developer of green life.
3. Buy more water-saving products for bathroom products. Buying a car and choosing a new energy vehicle is not only easy to drive, but also unlimited in number, and you can enjoy state subsidies without shaking the number. The most important thing is that the new car has no exhaust emissions, low carbon and environmental protection, and will not pollute the environment.
4. We can reduce the corresponding carbon emissions through green travel and online payment, thus adopting virtual trees in exchange for real sapling planting.
5. Citizens actively participate in the * * * pilot carbon inclusive model, such as calculating the difference between the actual consumption of water, electricity and gas in personal life and the set standards, and giving corresponding virtual carbon coins in exchange for physical objects.
People's Daily-People's Daily says: Low carbon, start with you and me.
People's Network-Have you paid attention to these small details of low carbon and energy saving?
7. Information about green and low-carbon life
Low-carbon life, for us ordinary people, is a life attitude. I watched a documentary about lynx yesterday. Many species are now on the verge of extinction. What a terrible thing it would be if there were only humans left in the world.
In China, the annual per capita carbon dioxide emission is 2.7 tons, but even if a white-collar worker in a city only has a living area of 40 square meters, driving a 1.6L car after work and flying 12 times a year, the carbon emission will be 2,665,438+065,438+0 tons.
Simply understood, low-carbon life is to return to nature and carry out activities between man and nature, mainly changing the details of life from three links: saving electricity and saving solar terms and recycling. Online transfer can not only avoid queuing in the bank, but also reduce the energy consumption of paper documents during transportation, so I began to learn from my friends about online shopping, paying water and electricity bills, paying telephone bills and so on. Very time-saving and labor-saving. In addition, replacing ordinary light bulbs with energy-saving lamps, trying to walk, ride a bike or take a bus, and unplugging electrical appliances casually … these seemingly casual little things are all contributing to "carbon reduction".
8. Content about low carbon and environmental protection
1. Overview of the concept of low-carbon environmental protection low-carbon life.
This means lower greenhouse gas (mainly carbon dioxide) emissions. With the development of world industrial economy, the rapid increase of population, the unlimited rise of human desire and the unrestrained production and lifestyle, the world climate is facing more and more serious problems, carbon dioxide emissions are increasing, the ozone layer of the earth is suffering from an unprecedented crisis, and global catastrophic climate changes are frequent, which has seriously endangered the living environment and health and safety of human beings. Even the rapid growth or expansion of GDP that mankind once prided itself on is "greatly discounted" by environmental pollution and climate change (therefore, the country).
On the issue of low-carbon environmental protection, people need to clarify some misunderstandings. First of all, low carbon does not mean poverty, poverty is not a low-carbon environmental protection economy, and the goal of low-carbon environmental protection economy is low-carbon high growth; Second, the development of low-carbon environmental protection economy will not limit the introduction and development of high-energy industries, as long as the technical level of these industries is leading, it will meet the development needs of low-carbon economy; Third, a low-carbon environment-friendly economy is not necessarily expensive, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions will even help save costs, and it does not need high technology, but it needs to overcome some policy obstacles; Fourth, the low-carbon environmental protection economy is not something that needs to be done in the future, but should start from now; Fifth, developing a low-carbon environment-friendly economy concerns everyone. Dealing with global warming concerns every country and region on the earth and everyone.

Low-carbon environmental protection handwritten newspaper materials Low-carbon life can be understood as: reducing carbon dioxide emissions is a life with low energy consumption, low consumption and low expenses.
"Energy saving and emission reduction" is not only a buzzword in today's society, but also a strategic choice for mankind in the future. It is of great significance to strengthen the awareness of "energy saving and emission reduction", make simple changes to one's lifestyle or consumption habits, and jointly reduce global greenhouse gas (mainly carbon dioxide) emissions.
"Low-carbon life" is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and it is imperative to slow down the pace of global warming and environmental degradation. It is the responsibility of every citizen to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and choose a "low-carbon life".
Low-carbon life-simple understanding of measures, low-carbon life is to return to nature and carry out activities between people and nature, mainly changing the details of life from three aspects: saving electricity and saving solar terms and recycling, including the following low-carbon good living habits: 1 Daily rice washing water can be used to wash hands and clean furniture, which is clean and hygienic and naturally moist. 2. Laying waste newspapers at the bottom of the wardrobe can not only absorb moisture, but also absorb the peculiar smell in the wardrobe; 3. Don't throw away the used mask paper. Using it to wipe the surface of jewelry, furniture or belt will not only shine, but also leave the fragrance of mask paper; 4. Sun-dried tea dregs, dried and made into tea pillows, are both comfortable and can help improve sleep.
5. Go out shopping, bring your own environmental protection bags, whether free or charged plastic bags, and reduce the use. 6. Bring your own drinking cups when you go out to reduce the use of disposable cups.
7. Use more permanent chopsticks and lunch boxes to avoid a one-time tragedy. 8. Get into the habit of turning off the power supply of electrical appliances at will to avoid wasting electricity.
After the re-creation of manual DIY, you will find that the original waste is also a treasure, so the home environment is healthy and full of creative little joy. "Low-carbon people" are using the changes of their own life details to prove that climate change is no longer just a concern of environmentalists, officials, experts and scholars, but is closely related to each of us.
Nowadays, advocating healthy living has become a trend. "Low-carbon life" is no longer just an ideal, but also a new lifestyle worth looking forward to. Low carbon: It is a way of life, but also an attitude towards life. "If you travel 2000 kilometers by plane, you will emit 278 kilograms of carbon dioxide; If you use 100 kwh, then you emit 78.5 kilograms of carbon dioxide; If you drive a car and consume/kloc-0.00 liter of gasoline, then you will emit 270 kilograms of carbon dioxide ... "Once upon a time, our life began to be calculated by" carbon ".

9. Please give me two suggestions about low carbon and environmental protection.
1. Buy less unnecessary clothes.
Clothing consumes a lot of energy in the process of production, processing and transportation, and at the same time produces pollutants such as waste gas and wastewater. On the premise of ensuring the needs of life, each person can save about 2.5 kilograms of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 6.4 kilograms. If 25 million people in China do this every year, it will save about 62,500 tons of standard coal and reduce 6,543,800 tons of carbon dioxide.
2. Reduce the frequency of changing sheets when staying in a hotel.
Wash sheets, quilts, etc. Consumption of water, electricity and washing powder, less washing can save 0.03 kWh, 13 liter of water, 22.5 grams of washing powder and 50 grams of carbon dioxide. If 8880 star-rated hotels in China (data of 2002) adopt the proposal of "green room" standard (changing sheets every three days), it can save about 6,543,800 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 40,000 tons every year.
Step 3 Wash clothes in an energy-saving way
(1) Wash clothes by hand once a month.
With the improvement of people's material living standards, washing machines have entered thousands of households. Although the washing machine has brought great help to life, only two or three clothes are washed by machines, which will cause waste of water and electricity. If hand washing is used instead of machine washing once a month, each washing machine can save about 1.4 kg of standard coal every year, and correspondingly reduce carbon dioxide by 3.6 kg. If all the 65.438+0.9 billion washing machines in China are used less once a month, about 260,000 tons of standard coal can be saved and 684,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced every year.
(2) Use less 1 kg washing powder every year.
Washing powder is a necessity, but it is often wasted in use; Rational use can save energy and reduce emissions. For example, if 1 kg washing powder is used less, about 0.28 kg of standard coal can be saved, and 0.72 kg of carbon dioxide can be reduced accordingly. If 390 million households in China use less 1 kg washing powder every year on average, about 1 090,000 tons of standard coal and 28 10000 tons of carbon dioxide can be saved in1year.
③ Choose energy-saving washing machine.
Compared with ordinary washing machines, energy-saving washing machines save 50% electricity and 60% water. Each energy-saving washing machine can save about 3.7 kilograms of standard coal every year, and correspondingly reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 9.4 kilograms. If 10% of ordinary washing machines in China are upgraded to energy-saving washing machines every year, about 70,000 tons of standard coal can be saved and the carbon dioxide emission can be reduced by178,000 tons.
Second, food.
Step 4 Reduce food waste
"Who knows that every grain is hard", but now the phenomenon of wasting food is still serious. If 0.5 kg of grain is wasted (taking rice as an example), energy can be saved by about 0. 18 kg of standard coal, and carbon dioxide can be reduced by 0.47 kg accordingly. If the per capita annual grain waste is reduced by 0.5 kg, the energy can be saved by about 2,465.438+million tons of standard coal and the carbon dioxide emission can be reduced by 6,654.38+0.2 million tons.
5. Reduce the waste of livestock products
Each person wastes less than 0.5 kg of pork every year, which can save about 0.28 kg of standard coal and reduce 0.7 kg of carbon dioxide. If the average person in China reduces the waste of pork by 0.5 kg per year, it can save about 353,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 91.1.
Moderate drinking
(1) Drink less beer every month in summer.
The heat is unbearable, and beer has become a popular drink, but "drinking too much" happens from time to time. In the three months in summer, the average monthly consumption is 1 bottle, and 1 person can save about 0.23 kg of standard coal and reduce 0.6 kg of carbon dioxide. Nationally, it can save about 297,000 tons of standard coal and reduce 780,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year.
(2) Drinking less than 0.5 kg of liquor every year.
Liquor enriched life and made the splendid wine culture of the Chinese nation. However, drunkenness can easily lead to accidents. If 1 person drinks less than 0.5 kg, it can save about 0.4 kg of standard coal, and the corresponding carbon dioxide emission reduction is 1 kg. If the average annual drinking quantity of 200 million "drinkers" in China is less than 0.5 kg, about 80,000 tons of standard coal can be saved and 200,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced.
7. Reduce smoking
Smoking is harmful to health, and producing cigarettes consumes energy. 1 day if you smoke less 1 cigarette, you can save about 0.14kg of standard coal per person per year, and correspondingly reduce 0.37kg of carbon dioxide. If all the 350 million smokers in China do this, about 50,000 tons of standard coal can be saved and 65.438+0.3 million tons of carbon dioxide can be reduced every year.
