"Three bags in front of the door" in rural areas: the scope of "three bags in front of the door" is the area around the farmer's house, inside the courtyard (room), from the door to the sidewalk, and from the wall roots on both sides to the drainage ditch. The responsibility of "three guarantees in front of the door" is mainly to ensure hygiene, greening and order.
