On the morning of July 1 1, 20 15, the "Hong Jinpeng Cup" was unveiled in Weinan Senior High School. Cheng Miangui, member of the Standing Committee of Weinan Municipal Committee and deputy mayor, delivered a welcome speech; Dong Lizhi, deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau and deputy head of the provincial youth campus football work leading group, delivered an opening speech; Wang Haibo, deputy director of Shaanxi Provincial Education Department and deputy head of the provincial youth campus football work leading group, announced the opening of the game. The opening ceremony was presided over by Xu Yongsheng, deputy secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and deputy head of the provincial youth campus football work leading group.

The league final was hosted by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and Shaanxi Provincial Sports Bureau, co-organized by Shaanxi Student Sports Association and Shaanxi Football Association, hosted by Weinan Education Bureau and Weinan Sports Bureau, sponsored by Peng Group Company and provided by Qingdao Xinxin Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. The final was divided into two groups: men's team and women's team. In the seven-day competition, there will be 10 men's teams from 9 cities and 6 women's teams from 5 cities, and about 450 athletes will participate and compete.
