Why can't college students participate?

Actually, personally, involution is not a bad thing. Hard work is understandable. Everything you want needs hard work to get. Natural selection is a truth known to all of us. If you don't work hard to become better, the final outcome will be eliminated by society. So competition and hard work should not be criticized.

However, everything needs to be treated dialectically. When the involution is getting stronger and stronger, it is no longer trying to realize your goals and dreams, but competing with others just to "step on others." Even sacrifice yourself, regardless of your health, such as doing one thing all night, consuming your health. This becomes working hard for the sake of working hard. Actually, I'm just pretending to be trying. I think this will not bring us much efficient returns, but will lose something important. So we should say "no" to malignant involution.

To cope with this phenomenon, we need to adjust our mentality. Restrain your competitive spirit a little and avoid too much comparison with others. Try to do what needs to be done well and stop in time. When you know how brilliant achievements others have made, tell yourself silently: I have worked hard and I have done a great job. This is definitely not satisfied with the ordinary, because we have more important things to protect, that is, our physical health and mental health. The vicious inner tape not only takes away our healthy body, but also brings pressure to our psychology. Therefore, college students need to have their own plans, know what to do, grasp the degree, and don't be self-defeating.

College students are the pillars of the future. Don't let vicious involution consume the experience of the younger generation.
