(1) Whether the goods are insured or not is freely selected by the sender, with the maximum insured amount of 10000 yuan and the rate of1%;

(2) Compensation for the damage of the insured goods shall be based on actual damage (the standard for determining the actual damage of the goods shall be calculated according to the average market price when the goods arrive), and compensation for the loss of the insured goods shall be based on the declared value, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the insured amount;

(3) Uninsured goods: if the declared value is lower than 1500 yuan, the carrier shall compensate according to the declared value; If the declared value exceeds 1500 yuan and the carrier loses it, only 1500 yuan will be compensated;

(4) If the uninsured goods are damaged, the carrier shall compensate them according to the damage degree by 3-5 times of the actual freight (if the declared value on the waybill is less than 3 times of the actual freight, the compensation shall be made according to the declared value).

Article 7 Express delivery industry organizations established according to law shall protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, strengthen industry self-discipline, promote enterprises to operate in good faith and safety, urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility of safety production, and guide enterprises to continuously improve the quality and level of express delivery services.
