The annual college entrance examination will be held on June 7th and 8th. Although this year's college entrance examination is on the weekend, according to the data of our bureau's command center and the previous situation analysis, the traffic volume on the weekend shows no obvious signs of decreasing compared with the working day, but it has increased in some areas and sections. At the same time, 7 -9 is the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, and the traffic pressure and situation on the road are more complicated. In view of this situation, our bureau held a special meeting to study traffic control measures, and launched ten measures during the college entrance examination, requiring the city's traffic police to be on duty around the examination room and do their best to serve candidates. These ten measures are:

First, on the eve of the college entrance examination, all duty teams have organized special forces to systematically analyze the police force distribution and the command and guidance scheme of the college entrance examination test sites, and actively solicited opinions and suggestions from the education department on the traffic maintenance of the college entrance examination, conducted in-depth management of the test sites in the circle, conducted field research one by one, judged the traffic situation of the surrounding roads, refined it into the determination of one-way streets and the planning of parking spaces, and found out the traffic factors that may affect candidates' reference trips, and formulated targeted and personalized traffic order maintenance measures and command and guidance schemes.

Second, each duty team readjusted the deployment of police force, made full use of monitoring means, intensified on-site and off-site law enforcement, made special rectification on the road traffic order around the test center, and severely investigated and dealt with illegal acts that disrupted traffic order and social environment, such as stopping and placing indiscriminately, honking the horn, banning traffic, queuing up vehicles and taking non-motor vehicle lanes, and put an end to illegal acts that affected the traffic order of the college entrance examination.

The third is to specially arrange for the police to visit the units around the test center and the construction site. At the same time, educate drivers about traffic safety, and inform the vehicles around the test center about the detour route, and ask the vehicles of these units and construction sites to minimize their trips or avoid the roads passing through the test center, so as to reduce the impact on the traffic environment around the test center.

Fourth, according to the management characteristics of each duty team and the distribution of test sites, take the initiative to contact the units under road construction, negotiate to open the site enclosure for parents to temporarily park their vehicles during the college entrance examination, and at the same time make a number of temporary parking guidance signs to be set around the test sites to guide parents to drive legally and alleviate the problem of parking around the test sites.

The fifth is to issue "College Entrance Pass" to enrollment institutions and special vehicles for transporting test papers, so as to facilitate timely and punctual delivery of test papers. When a traffic accident happens to the vehicle carrying the college entrance examination papers, social vehicles can be temporarily requisitioned and escorted to the designated examination room on the premise of ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Sixth, during the college entrance examination, our bureau specially launched a three-level attendance work plan, and each duty team will also launch a personalized counseling plan. On the basis of ensuring the normal command and guidance posts, special police forces are sent to maintain and guide the main lines leading to the test sites and around the test sites; Deeply tap the potential, coordinate relevant departments to open temporary parking lots near qualified test sites, and provide maximum convenience for parents who pick up and drop off candidates; Temporary traffic control measures will be taken in time in front of some schools when students enter the school and take exams, and some sections will be cut off to ensure the road order and traffic safety around the school.

Seventh, on the day of the college entrance examination, the police of each duty team will set up duty posts around the test center in the administrative area from 9: 00 to 12: 00, 14: 00 to 18: 00, and set up traffic facilities such as bypass signs and cones to maintain traffic order and ensure smooth roads around the examination room; The wrecker will patrol and control in front of each test center 1 hour before the test, and all vehicles parked illegally and obstructing safety and smoothness will be towed away from the scene; All police cars are equipped with heatstroke prevention drugs to help heatstroke candidates in time. At the same time, all police officers will do all the preparatory work and do their best to help candidates with difficulties to arrive at the examination room as soon as possible.

Eighth, in order to guide candidates to choose the best route to take the exam, ensure that candidates' exam routes are unimpeded, and avoid the phenomenon that candidates are late because they are not familiar with the road, some duty teams have specially made the "Best Driving Roadmap for College Entrance Examination Sites" based on the actual situation of the test sites around the roads and management departments, and distributed it to candidates and parents in need at any time. The "road map" not only indicates the location of the test center, one-way street, no parking area for vehicles and no left turn, but also indicates the best route to take the test. Parents can easily find test sites and parking spaces with this map made by the police.

9. On the day of the test, a warm reminder board "No honking during the test" written by each duty team will be erected at the intersection around the test center to remind drivers to create a quiet test environment for candidates and reduce the noise around the test center during the college entrance examination.

Tenth, on the day of the exam, the duty team will set up patrol police cars at the farthest end of the management circle to provide guidance and help to candidates and parents who are not familiar with the route of the test center.
