Chapter II City Appearance Management Article 7 The Municipal People's Government shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, formulate standards for the city appearance of this Municipality. Street buildings (structures) and facilities should be kept clean, beautiful and in good condition.

Article 9 Posting columns, advertising columns (signs), publicity columns (paintings), galleries, placards, signboards, street signs, windows, banners, etc., which are approved to be set up, shall conform to the city appearance standards of this Municipality, and shall be cleaned and painted regularly. If they are broken or outdated, they shall be replaced, repaired or removed in time.

Article 1 No unit or individual is allowed to depict or scribble on urban buildings, facilities, trunks and poles.

Article 14 All kinds of stalls shall operate in the approved locations, bring their own cleaning tools and garbage containers, keep the site clean and tidy, and shall not affect the city appearance and environmental sanitation. Chapter III Environmental Sanitation Management Article 15 The cleaning and cleaning of urban environmental sanitation shall be carried out according to the following division of labor:

(1) Urban roads, residential areas, public squares, public water coastlines, public toilets, public garbage stations, garbage bins, etc. shall be taken care of by professional environmental sanitation units;

(2) markets, parks, public green spaces, parking lots, railways, stations, ports and docks, airports, sports, culture and entertainment places, etc. shall be the responsibility of the business and management units;

(3) organs, organizations, armed forces, enterprises and institutions shall be in charge of their own units;

(4) The waters along the banks of lakes and rivers with users shall be the responsibility of the users;

(5) The person in charge of all kinds of ships sailing or berthing in urban waters shall be responsible. Article 16 Street-fronting units, stores and households shall keep their doors clean and tidy, and have the right to stop the disorderly piling, selling, littering, parking vehicles, damaging trees, spitting and other behaviors that are harmful to the city appearance and environmental sanitation, and accept the supervision and management of the administrative department of city appearance and environmental sanitation.
