In order to coordinate the nationwide Tomb-Sweeping Festival sweeping work, the Department of Social Affairs of the Ministry of Civil Affairs has decided to set up a Tomb-Sweeping Festival work office during the Tomb-Sweeping Festival, and arrange it during the Tomb-Sweeping Day legal holiday (April 2 to 4) Dedicated personnel are on duty and all provincial civil affairs departments are required to continue to implement the national Qingming Festival observation point system and submit observation point setting tables, daily reports and summaries as required.

The observation points determined by our province are cemeteries and funeral parlors in Xining City and the cemeteries in Ping'an District, Haidong City. Xining City and Ping'an District of Haidong City are requested to strengthen emergency duty and monitoring of memorial sweep activities as required, increase information publicity and submission, properly handle complaints from the masses, and report them uniformly before 13:00 every day from April 2 to 4. "Daily Report of Tomb-Sweeping Day Observation Points and Sweeping Situations in 2017" (see attachment) to the Qinghai Provincial Funeral and Burial Work Exchange Group No. 4xxxQQ), and submit a summary of the Qingming Festival sweeping work before April 8.
