Adhere to the people’s dominant position and respect their initiative.

The Resolution of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized: “The whole Party must always maintain flesh-and-blood ties with the people, stand firmly on the people’s stand, adhere to the people’s dominant position, respect the people’s initiative, and practice People-centered development thinking”.

Practicing the people-centered development idea means adhering to the people’s dominant position, complying with the people’s yearning for a better life, constantly realizing, safeguarding and developing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, and achieving Development is for the people, development relies on the people, and the fruits of development are enjoyed by the people.

Measures to adhere to the people’s position:

1. To adhere to the people’s position, we must adhere to the dominant position of the people, respect the people’s pioneering spirit, learn from the people’s creative wisdom, and study the people’s creations , appreciate and spread the inherited habits and experiences, start from the fiery life to explore, protect and develop, and learn, serve and inherit with the mentality of taking the people as teachers.
