The public security departments of the municipal and county (district) people's governments are responsible for fire scene warning, traffic guidance, public security maintenance, fire case detection, and cooperate in other tasks according to their responsibilities.

Other relevant departments of the municipal and county (district) people's governments shall be responsible for the prevention and extinguishment of forest and grassland fires in accordance with the division of responsibilities.
