The first phase of Zhengzhou Metro Line 10 starts from Zhengzhou West Station and is arranged east-west along Zhongyuan Road, Kangfu Back Street and other sections, crossing the three administrative districts of Xingyang City, Zhongyuan District and Erqi District. It connects Zhengzhou West High-speed Railway Station, Changxihu New District, Zhongyuan West Road Business District, Zhengzhou University Old Campus, Zhengzhou Railway Station and other places, and runs roughly in an east-west direction.

Station Features

1. Zhengzhou Railway Station has a two-story end hall with lighting skylights to enrich the pedestrian environment; at the same time, a sunken plaza is set up to improve the existing lines. The transfer space takes into account the functional relationships of Line 1, national railways, buses and other functions to form a small transportation hub.

2. While designing the transfer station for transfer, it also considers the connection with existing lines to ensure the convenience of transfer for citizens. For example, Greentown Plaza transfers to Line 10 and passes through the transfer channel. Transfer to the existing Line 1; transfer to Lines 7 and 10 at the Medical College Station, and set up a transfer channel to connect to the existing Line 1.

3. For the first time in Zhengzhou, the Medical College Station adopts the flat-top hidden excavation method to ensure continuous travel to Daxue Road and at the same time meet the needs of station construction.
