The Measures for the Management of Personal Foreign Exchange Facilitation Quotas are an annual management system. The personal foreign exchange facilitation quota is subject to an annual management system. At the beginning of each calendar year, the personal foreign exchange purchase quota and the personal foreign exchange settlement quota are recalculated separately. The individual foreign exchange purchase quota and the personal foreign exchange settlement quota can be adjusted mutually, but the total amount shall not exceed the sum of the personal foreign exchange purchase quota and the personal foreign exchange settlement quota.
