New regulations have been made on the relevant clinical behavior of medical students and medical graduates with qualification certificates, clarifying that they should participate in clinical activities under the supervision and guidance of licensed physicians.

After relevant professional training and evaluation, doctors can expand their scope of practice. Practicing doctors who practice in two or more medical and health institutions shall focus on one of the medical and health institutions and go through the registration and filing procedures for changes in accordance with relevant national regulations. Medical institutions in the first place of practice where doctors are located shall not unreasonably obstruct or restrict doctors from practicing in multiple locations, and shall not unfairly treat practitioners in multiple locations through internal assessments, professional title evaluations, etc. In protecting doctors’ rights.

The personal dignity and personal safety of doctors are obviously inviolable, and any organization or individual is clearly prohibited from hindering doctors from practicing law and interfering with their normal work and life. Clarify legal responsibilities and intensify penalties for illegal acts committed by doctors who practice outside medical and health institutions permitted by law or outside their registration place, practice category, or scope of practice.
