My New Friend

I went to the English-corner again this evening.

There were more people than last time. And I met other persons whose English level was high.I just listened almost during that time.I learned a lot from them which the main point was that they always tried different way to express themselves.Besides, they suggested that we should not always talk about the same topic when we communicate with each other ,just the topic like "what are you from","what is your major","what's your name".It would be boring and useless if it is mentioned over and over.They advised us to try to talk about something that more special or significant.

I totally agreed with them though I couldn't speak a fluent English now and express my idea clearly. We should try our best to use different phrases and more topic to communicate. That certainly would make us progress.

Later the girl,last time I knew,joined us.It seemed that she had a lot of questions,she just kept on asking the two men whose English were quite good. And I just listened ,smiled once in a while .Fortunately I got the meaning about their talking.

Then I had a talk with her alone.Most of things we talked about was ordinary but interesting.Actually she was not beautiful, just a little pretty. If she was pretty enough to my standard, maybe I would take a liking to her and make her become my girlfriend. We walked and talked around the campus for about an hour, and

we understood each other further.She is a kind girl who is very diligent in her study and make a big decision to promote herself in certain aspects.

Anyway, she is one of my good friends, but she is also a special person to me, for she is the only person who communicates with me in English.
