Recently, imported cases appeared in our city. In order to ensure that the transmission route of the epidemic is blocked in the shortest time and at the lowest cost, and the transmission chain is cut off, and the health of the broad masses of people is guaranteed, the expert group and the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to continue to carry out all-staff nucleic acid testing within the main urban area of our city. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Sampling time

Second, the sampling object

All residents of urban-rural integration demonstration zone, Longting District, Gulou District, Shunhe District and Yuwangtai District, including local permanent residents, temporary residents, migrants and floating population.

Third, the sampling location

Residents are requested to participate in the sampling in an orderly manner at the sampling points set up near their places of residence according to the organizational arrangements of streets, villages and staff.

Fourth, matters needing attention

On the day of carrying out all-staff nucleic acid testing, the normalized nucleic acid sampling points will be suspended in principle.

For residents who have not participated in this nucleic acid test, pop-up window reminder or voice reminder will be given when scanning the place code or displaying the health code; If the epidemic spreads, I will bear corresponding legal responsibilities in accordance with the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and other relevant regulations.

Those who are in the period of centralized or home health management will not participate in this test, but will still be tested according to the existing regulations and channels.

Residents are requested to actively cooperate with the sampling personnel to do a good job in sample collection. Those who refuse to cooperate with or support the nucleic acid detection work, disturb the order, conceal, lie or falsify information will be seriously investigated for legal responsibility by the public security organs according to law.

According to the arrangement of the village organization, residents are required to bring their ID cards or produce the "Shiyuban" health code in advance, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner in different periods to ensure that all inspections should be completed and no one is missed.

Those who have been vaccinated in COVID-19 within 48 hours and those who have been vaccinated in COVID-19 within 48 hours do not take nucleic acid samples, but they must explain the situation to the village staff in time, provide proof and register.

Residents are requested to do personal protection during the sampling period, take the initiative to accept body temperature monitoring, keep a distance of more than 2 meters, avoid gathering and talking with each other, and prevent cross infection.

If you have fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue and other symptoms, please do not go to the centralized sampling point. On the premise of personal protection, go to the nearest fever clinic in time to avoid taking public transportation.

Large enterprises that need continuous production, closed management units and special people need on-site inspection, and the township where they are located will arrange on-site sampling inspection.
